The helmet seems to be of decent quality, however the styrofoam molded headliner is not aligned properly. Hopefully the pics clearly convey this. It seems minor, but this makes it sit a little crooked on the head. The vent holes in the front not being lined up make it more obvious. I am modifying it for use as a paramotor helmet and hope this doesn't cause issues (example: chin strap mount points getting in the way) when attaching ear protection. I'm not sure if this is a typical manufacturing error, but I don't want the hassle (and downtime) of returning it and potentially getting a helmet with similar or worse quality control. I may try a different company for my next helmet,

This is a great helmet. When I was actively skateboarding, I wore a Triple 8 at indoor parks. That helmet and this one are very similar. I almost bought another Triple 8, but wanted something that let more air in. I think this one works better on that front, but it can get warm when you're under the sun for a long time (maybe get it in a lighter color). I plan to buy a Bern again, but I'm going with a visor next time. I have a wool cycling cap now, which is great, but it's too much during the summer.

Got this for my husband for I finally convinced him that a helmet really does protect your head. Fits true to size after going on the Bern website for exact fitting. Hope he never has to see how well it really works but at least his mellon will be protected! Nice, light weight and stylish. What more could you ask for. I have the women's version and LOVE mine too!

All the other skate helmets out there with soft or two-stage foam are a joke. Until newer materials with a higher impact rating come out, EPS is the way to go. This helmet is well designed, comfortable, and has a removable liner. It's arguably one of the the best EPS halfshells out on the market right now (compared to something like a S-One or Triple-8).

Great helmet that I use on a daily basis to ride Citibike. Took my time to find the right one as the thing that protects your head in case of an accident is probably the one thing you do not want to save on. Been using it recently in the 90 degrees temperature and did not feel any discomfort. Great buy.

Helmet is great. Very thin compared to the basic skateboard Helmet which looks great when wearing. My biggest complaint is the padding on the inside started to separate on day two of using it. But it's expected from the use of cheap padding.

Great fit for my big Mellon .Everything felt and looked like good quality especially the strap connectors.Would highly recommend!

Fits my head great and I feel much safer when wearing. You do look super ridiculous though in it as it makes your noggen look huge.

Fits well and stays on during bike rides. Luckily haven't had to test the durability of it and I hope he never has to.

excellent style along with needed safety. "cool" for an eleven year old who does not want to wear a bike helmet.

Use this for my daily commute on a electric scooter. Overall good helmet. Lightweight, fits well and looks good.

Great helmet with padding for a good fit. It would be great if this was adjustable, though.

Really nice helmet, very comfortable. Makes my xxx melon make less huge than most helmets.
