this stem is as well made as any deda stem I have bought. and is a far better choice then an adjustable stem as there is no way it can fail.after converting my '96 marin to front shocks I was unable to use the original stem set up but all other stems where to aggressive for confident off road use. this has been just the job to allow the correct height for neck comfort and bike control. remember to go 20mm longer to counter act the reduction in reach due to the angle of the stem ie if you are replacing a 90mm stem go for the 110mm

Fitted this stem (along with 40mm-rise Easton Monkey-Bars) to help me sit back off the bars more. Before fitting all my Mtb mates gave it's workmanship & finish the nod of approval..also liked the fact it comes with pre-greased studs.Out on the trail the stem is faultless, after 2 weeks now of XC riding up & down on arrid, hard rocky tracks.. the stem is still tight & solid. This is a well made item & IMO good value.

Nice quality for price. Mine had a missing bolt though and had to be returned. No choice but to buy from a local bike shop as required immediately.
