These running tights have kept my legs warm when running in temperatures from -2 to 10*c, they seem to be almost windproof but they are fully flexible and very breathable, one day I stayed in my run kit indoors and didn't feel too hot even at 20*c. The only minor downside is that if I do the zip up completely it ends up creeping inside my trainer at the back of the heel and is uncomfortable, I solved this by simply leaving the bottom section of the zip undone by an inch. I am only 5'3" and they are long-is on me, I suspect they would be more than long enough to fit someone at least up to 5'8" maybe taller.
