I purchased these to provide muscle compression and blood circulation promotion after deep tissue massage therapy. Turns out they also provide great hip compression and alignment which is wonderful because I am also working on some pelvic alignment issues. If you are familiar with Intelliskin Hip Alignment shorts my experience has been these leg tights work as well or better. I wear them after deep tissue work and to sleep in. I could not be more happy with my purchase. Wish I could speak to the benefits of how these help with running but that is not why I purchased them. As far as a therapeutic tool for helping with lower body compression and alignment though, these are wonderful.

Sounds odd but my others are cheap karrimor ones and these give far more muscle support and I'm running far confidently
