i was disappointed as it comes with a continental plug not UK so there was a lot of hunting round on the day of my daughters party for a suitable lead, then was worried it was not correct voltage to use in UKAlso the cap where you put the fluid does not tighten up properlyhowever worked well- powerful- plenty of snow outputCame from a German company

Got this for my daughters party we had to change the plug then it worked but no snow came out in not very happy coz we still didn't get the snow to come out I will never buy one again I've got to pay someone to have a look at it and try and sort it out I dont rate this any stars waste of time and money
