The folder is fine. I have a couple of issues, which are probably more mine than the folders but whenever I close it, it always takes me a bit of faffing to get hold of the zip. The other issue for me is that it's much wider than a sheet of A4, so it doesn't fit into any of my satchels. The measurements were detailed on the listing, so it's not the sellers fault but I didn't think that it would be so much wider before I bought it. That said, it wouldn't have mattered because I needed the external zipped pocket, and this was one of only a few that had this feature.
