In my opinion more stable and reactive (stiffer) than Nike superfly. My chosen spike for this season for 60-400m both flat and hurdles. Spike placement makes bend acceleration a joy (200m starts)

Solid, light plate in my opinion more stable than the Nike superflys. Equally fun and fast on straights, bends or hurdles. 60m - 200 though interested to try over 400 as well

Oh my god wow!! When can I buy a second pair. Fight nicely, land nicely on the forefoot. Confident in foot planting well around corners

Perfect. They need a bit of breaking in like all track shoes but after some use they’re amazing for the price!
