The garland balloons looked fantastic, really made the room feel awesome. We keep it up longer after the party. I didn't even use half of the tape.It was very easy to put the balloons in the holes. We used 200 cheap balloons to make the arch. Value for money and very happy birthday girl and friends.

It works very well and made a lovely arch. However it can break easily but you can tape the ends together. It can be fiddly to get the balloons into the holes so have patience
