This is a useful Helium Canister ideal for a small party. It is a metal canister but not too heavy with a gas tap on top and a flexible nozzle. To blow up a balloon you turn on the gas tap, insert the flexible nozzle and then bend the nozzle up to release the pressurised gas. There was enough gas to fill 10 standard balloons and 4 foil ones before it ran out, Standard balloons stay up for about a day before slowly sinking however the foil ones stay up much longer and were still OK after 4 days.

I wanted to make sure I posted a review as I read some negative ones and they really made me cautious in how I used the helium. The helium works, our balloons are still floating as high as our ceiling 4 days since we inflated them and it went really far. I blew some of my balloons by air before using the helium as was concerned how long they would inflate for and how many they would fill but I didn’t have to worry and could have made an even better effect. Would purchase again

I ordered this for my daughters first birthday, which was in lockdown, so I needed to make it as special as possible. It blew up about 15 balloons but I've still got helium left (for her second 1st birthday party later in the year). Some of the reviews tell you it doesn't fill as many as its says it would...but that actually depends on the type of balloon you're filling, which it tells you on the box approx how many it will do depending in type. Perfect for what I needed!

Purchased to inflate some balloons for daughter's special birthday (in lockdown) I wasn't too popular when I overinflated one of the numbers and it burst. She ended up with a balloon message wishing her happy 1 as opposed to 21, wife was ready to kill me!The tap is on or off, flow is controlled by the rubber nozzle which, while holding balloon on it isn't too easy to add just a little more gas. On a plus, the '1' is still at the ceiling a week later.

During this pandemic time. My baby girl 1st birthday won't be successful without the balloons!! I couldn't find anywhere to get her a perfect balloon. So, I decided to do it myself, luckily!! I found this one, bought it online with a set of balloons on her bday morning!! And pick it up an hour later. its great product, easy to use and fast! Still keep it for the next Bday. Really impressed me. I would highly recommend this product.

Absolutely fantastic product. Quality is great. I was easily able to inflate x 2 32inch number balloons, and x 3 18inch balloons. The opening of the valve first time round could be slightly tricky, but it will open! And whilst the tank feels empty, it really isnt! Overall a fantastic product, saved me an absolute fortune and was great quality with balloons that are still inflated almost 2 weeks later! Highly Recommend!

The pics in the instructions are not too clear although once I read them I found out you have to bend the nozzle to release the gas otherwise won't inflate the ballons. After that it was really easy and had so much fan.The bottle size is pretty decent and quite light to carry out. The onĺy thing is that I was not able to pump as many ballons as it says cause you can waste so much gas while inflating the balloons.

I had purchased a dozen balloons and a number one and six online and purchased this to blow them up. It states it blows up thirty balloons however, I managed to blow up the two numbers and 4 balloons and then had to purchase another canister. I would have been cheaper purchasing the balloons from the Card Factory as they would have blown them up for free so wasn't cheaper doing this by myself. Fun to use though.

Due to the current social distancing measures in place we were unable to have a funeral for my grandad. We purchased this in order for the family to blow up some balloons and send messages as a gesture of his passing instead. It was very easy and quick to use and small enough to store, the Argos purchased in was good customer service and we felt safe with the products we brought. Would deffinately recommend

Absolutely thrilled to find my local Argos had this in stock. Was able to collect at my convenience. Simple to operate with clear instructions. Slightly surprised to find no balloons included. Also box was not securely closed and canister showed signs of being tampered so I'm not sure I was sold the full 30 balloons worth, but did what I needed. Overall very satisfied for the cost. Good old Argos!

Due to availability of goods from Argos on line we were able to give my 9 year old Granddaughter the items she wished for her birthday she was convinced she would have nothing because the shops are shut so thanks to your online service she had the best birthday we could hope for in the current situation also I thanks to friendly helpful staff at Argos in Sainsburys Nairn Thank you Argos

Place balloon over nozzle, hold to seal and with light downward pressure it will inflate a balloon.The smaller the balloon the more you can blow up, obviously.Only one problem.......... not all balloons have the same size opening so getting a good seal around the nozzle can be a big issue.Once balloon is on the nozzle wrap a length of string around it to get a better seal.

We used this helium for my hen party balloons, we did blow them up too early as they started coming down. So it is best to do them a hour before your event to stop this from happening. But when i went into store i did get acused by the guy at the collection point for using it for other things i.e sniffing it!! Which i wasnt happy about at all!! I did complain!

Bought this for using to fill balloons with at my 21st birthday. Didn’t quite fill 30 balloons but it was near enough the figure despite what other people say about it being nowhere near this. Was difficult to get it to work at first had to look online as instructions weren’t straight forward but once figured out very easy to use. Would buy again in future.

I bought this helium canister from my girlfriends 18th birthday.Her mother’s just passed away so I thought I’d buy this to try and cheer her up and I’ve got to say it worked. With all the balloons i needed blown up I had a bit of gas left so I used it to change my voice and I’ve never heard her laugh so much. So yeah this was a really good product
