Its great. Simple to load. Will print direct thermal on thermal paper or thermal transfer with a ribbon onto plain paper stock. The one I bought has both serial and USB interface. It works both as a windows printer or EPL printer.Easy to load the stock. It is tiny so if you are only printing small bar code labels it is perfect

As described and unused so no problems very good printer for my purposes.
