I bought these for the kids, camping in early summer. Brilliant size for them- my 5 year old was tossing & turning but didn't get twisted up. I asked my daughter if she was warm & she said 'I'm not hot, or cold' which I wasn't quite sure what to think until I used one myself. She's right. They're super lightweight & you dont exactly feel too toasty but you're definitely not cold!! A very comfortable temperature. With the right clothing could definitely be used for 3 seasons. The only grumble is that the head hole is very large, meaning if you want to pull the draw cord so the bag's snug around your head, you end up with A LOT of loose string loitering around your neck & shoulders which I found unsettling with my 5yr old.So I bought him a child specific bag and I've adopted this one. I love it but it is definitely not for tall people. I'm 5'7" and my feet touch the end. Colours are bright. The pack bags don't feel too robust & on one the seam has begun to split already.

I ordered this for a sailing trip, where I used it in a boat cabin in English waters. Temps were about 5-10C, in May. Pros: Nice and warm enough for this kind of weather, and very roomy so you can move around easily. I was surprised by how big the bag was when it arrived. One side zips down (the right side) which helped when it was slightly too warm one night. Quite light to carry.Cons: The lining isn't the most breathable, but it's ok for the price and you can always use a cotton sheet inside for comfort. The bag comes in a thin drawstring carrier bag and is pretty hard to fit back into it. It's quite bulky and not suitable for backpacking I'd think. The opening for the head is a bit too big I feel and even pulling the drawstring wasn't enough to warm up my head area.Overall, I'm happy with this as a spring to autumn bag for English weather. Won't take it backpacking though.

Very cosy and roomy but it still needs a fleece blanket on top and thats me using it indoors. Great colour, lightweight and very easy to get back in the bag, first time I have ever managed that with any sleeping bag ever. Have only used it four times and some of the stitching is coming loose already at the opening but I will stitch it myself rather than return it because it is still a great sleeping bag for the price and it will be perfect for the summer and it is fine for inside. I will also make a cotton liner for it and velcro it to the inside of the bag as the inside is nylon. With a liner and a fleecy blanket on top this bag will easily be turned into a four season bag very cheaply.Even despite the loose stitching I will probably buy another one for my son. I was also pleased that it arrived a couple of days sooner than I expected.

It's cheap, it's HUGE and it's warm! Used in winter so far for hammock camping and is ideal.Hood could tighten better but if that bothers you you aren't wrapping up right. And in extreme temperatures I would wager you could get inside this in a smaller mummy style or several aftermarket liners. Remeber though this is suitable for British winters, not Siberian ones, use your noggin and think before you pack or you'll have a cold uncomfortable night. It's actually ideal for a hammock because of its shape you can easily lay it out in the fabric, climb in, wriggle (roll off backwards and have the missus laugh at you) and do the zip up.Won't fit inside a bivvy bag, and it isn't a compact option, but if you don't mind carrying then it's perfect. Will definitely order another when this reaches the end of its days!

This is a high quality sleeping bag that's able to keep you nice and warm in relatively cold temperatures (not below ~freezing temperature). It's well made with an almost silky smooth feeling to the outside and inside of the bag, and has a double-sided zip with a zip cover. It also provides significant padding, although a roll matt would also be needed at a minimum. On the downside, the hood doesn't fit too well, leaving it tight round the neck and too loose around the head (depending on how tight you have it). The bag is also unusually wide, which I imagine affects ability to retain heat, but at least you can move your legs around. Though it's not perfect, the high quality, warmth and value (when I bought it)outweigh the disadvantages.

Wow. An awesome choice especially for my summertime trip when I need a sleeping bag and only found very fluffy ones that will be too much heat and too uncomfortable. This sleeping bag fits neatly in one small bag (which comes with the it),.easily folded and stored. I found it so so comfortable and was glad I went for a bag that had extra room as I hate to feel trapped when sleeping. Plenty of room to move legs, turn over and has a side zip so you can open it if you get too warm. A little area around head which I used as a little extra room for pillow. Nice

Very roomy and warm - I found it actually too warm when I used this recently in the summer, so I didn't have to fully mummify myself with it. It's very big even when rolled up in its bag, so if you don't have lots of room and you're camping in the summer, I'd suggest something lighter and smaller. But if you've got space for it with your other camping stuff and anticipate chilly nights, this would be a good choice, especially for the price. Or you could try getting it into a girdle.

Best thing since sliced bread - I live with chronic pain in both legs so need to turn over a lot and adjust sleeping position throughout the night - plenty of room and very comfy - there's also plenty of room to have a fleece blanket inside for colder weather (it's October in the UK and I'm still camping). I've always felt a little claustrophobic in the mummy shaped bags - this new pod shape has made camping so much better ?

Great product that was warmer than I thought.Sometimes a bit fiddly to close the zip from the inside but I'm guessing that's more due to my inexperience than anything else.Very comfy and warm, and like the fact that I don't feel enclosed or trapped like I do when using a regular sleeping bag. Would definitely recommend if you have enough space accomodate this (takes up slightly more space than a regular sleeping bag)

I bought this sleeping bag as a mad keen camper but who struggles with preferred "Mummy" bags as although I like the warmth the feeling of restriction is not welcome. I am a shade under 6" and 15.5 stone and find this bag tardis like i.e. no restriction around my shoulders and enough room to turn freely in my sleep. I am due to test it fully this coming June and will update the review but so far so very good.

I mean yeah it's thin but it does keep you warm, I'm a biggish guy and I can fit inside and cover my head. Could maybe make it a 3 season this way ;)I laid stretched and my toes were pretty chilly after an hour. Just use the drawstring and wrap yourself up. If you take a blanket inside it really feels like a duvet. You could probably invite an extra person into it if you pull it's that wide.

awesome and more room than I can possibly hope for...I bought this for staying at friends and saving on their bed linen washing and its perfect, wouldnt want to sleep outside in it...im a super cold person but maybe for average cold feeling people its ok for summer, im sure it is but for me staying in friend's houses on their beds but then not requiring them to wash all that linen its perfect

Bought for my six year old son after reading reviews that junior sleeping bags come up small. He is a restless sleeper and his mummy bag kept coming undone and he wrote up cold. I tucked him into this and he was still in it in the morning as snug as a bug in a rug. The extra room meant he could move about freely and it will last him a good few years hopefully.

Bought this as the sleeping bag I have already is very small and it is difficult to zip/unzip from the inside as well as being very restrictive. I was attracted to the Yellowstone as the review stated that this was a generous size and they were not mistaken. I used it this weekend for the first time and it was warm comfortable and roomy. Highly recommended.

The first one got lost in the post, and I needed it to supervise a D0E trip. The seller was amazing and immediately sent out another without quibble, that arrived in the nick of time or I would have spent a very cold and miserable evening. It was perfect for the mid spring weather, warm enough to keep me snug all night, but not too warm. Very easy to stow.
