75% cotton, 25% polyester, so warmer than you might expect for such a light fabric. It packs up into a tiny bag, smaller than your hand (far smaller than it looks in the photo!) which is a big plus for a cyclist with limited pannier space. It felt perfectly comfortable against the skin - no sense (in a Scottish June) of being too hot or polyester-sweaty.

I used it on the overnight sleeper trains in Vietnam and it was perfectly fit for purpose! It enables me to sleep comfortably under the blanket and on top of the sheet!!

The material for this liner is thinnish but comfortable next to skin. It is machine washable and fits Mummy style sleeping bags well. Good value for money.

It save me more than one once in Indonesia to don't sleep directly to some sheets there. Great, light and functional.
