Mi Band 4. Been using this for a week or so, issues todate are that it'll switch itself on during the night hence breaking sleep with a bright light. The heart rate monitor does not work correctly, today I did some strenuous exercise and the heart rate monitor was showing anything from 50 beats per minute to 125 and anything else in between, it was not consistent in its recording which is not what you want with an heart rate monitor. Let's hope that the above and a few other niggling issues can be sorted out in software updates. As for the strap I find this to be a very cheap design so not wholly satisfactory, it can be fiddly to get it to fit comfortably onto the wrist and also to extricate the device from the strap for charging and then to put back in.My score of three would change to 4 if the issue with the heart rate monitor and involuntary switching on of the device were dealt with. UPDATE. It's been over a year since I purchased this item and all I will say is that it makes a pretty good or round watch but there's a fitness tracker forget it, heart rate monitor is unreliable and for the life of me I cannot get it to sync correctly with the app. After getting many incorrect readings I have given up with a sleep monitor. On the plus side the face is bright, it tells the time ok, battery life is excellent, and I can get a full charge from empty within an hour. I will give it 4 out of 10, hopefully they will have done a lot better with the band 5 but I'm wary of buying one because of this experience I've had!

Ok, This may be cheaper but it is definitely up there with Fitbit etc for accuracy and user interface. To be honest I knew this would be a good quality fitness band, as I had got 2 of the Mi band 2s a few years ago for the kids and they are still going strong. This one adds a nice Amoled colour screen which is very clear and easy to use. You can also customise it from the app, add different watch faces from a large selection, or add a photo from your phone as the background. The integration with my phone is very slick, it displays notifications for incoming calls, and text messages. The "find my device" feature is handy when you have forgot where you left your phone as it sets off an alarm on your phone letting you find it.There's a weather display that lets you see the upcoming few days. Heartrate monitor but not sure how accurate it is, but I am still alive apparently so that's a bonus. The sleep monitor has been interesting to view, as it gives you a peek into your sleep patterns. The best bit is that I have actually got up off my butt and got out walking about more because if you sit to long it vibrates and basically tells you to get up and go do something, plus you can control your music from your phone with the band too. So if you are swithering buying one, I would recommend getting one.

The price of the miband 4 for what what is capable of is simply amazing. The reason I rated with 4 stars the app battery life and accuracy is because I am nit-picking. I expected the battery to last longer than 2 weeks but it barely reaches 10 days however I have all the notifications coming to my watch with vibration which is great as I always have my phone on silent therefore I never miss a call anymore. The app is very good but there is much room to improve on it, however 3rd party apps allow you to greatly enhance the experience and customization. The accuracy is ok I guess it's on par with much more expensive trackers but it simply a step counter rather than a more wholesome system. The heartbeat monitor is good but sometimes it can have wild swings so either I have heart arrythmia or the monitor is playing games on me. +- 10bpm on rest in the same minute but it is generally correct especially when you actually tell it to measure your heartbeat. All in all I have no regrets purchasing this wonderful watch as Xiaomi is proving to becoming a true technology front-runner in the value for money sector

It's hard to tell the accuracy of this, but I can compare it with a cheaper version (bought here) which cost half the price, and I feel the Xaomi Band 4 is more conservative in its counting. I always felt that the cheap band was over-counting steps, which is good for the ego but not really helpful. This band, I feel, is more accurate, so when I do achieve my 10k steps, I feel that I have properly achieved something. The supplied band is very comfortable on my wrist, and the screen is easy to read. I really like the fact that there are thousands of watch faces out on the web, so I can replace it with something different every day if I fancy.Battery life is phenomenal - 10 days+ on a quick charge seems to be achievable. The mobile app is ok,I really just use it to check my sleep, and I have connected it to Google fit so I can forward steps to Virgin App.Definitely recommended.

I currently own a Fitbit blaze which is my main tracker but that is only showerproof. With the recent weather we have had lately( torrential rain, flooding) I was a little more than sceptical taking the expensive Fitbit out.then along comes this tracker with rave reviews and is totally waterproof you can actually swim in it. It is relatively cheap I paid £32 for a depending on which day you buy it goes up and down a couple of pounds. Make sure you buy the global version. Loads of functions more than enough to play with. there are lots of different watch faces built-in but take literally a few seconds to apply but also using a third-party app there are absolutely hundreds and hundreds of watch faces you can use.As far as battery life is concerned I have not charged it for 12 days and it still has 42% left.

Love this, I use this all the time.I actually was thinking of buying the iwatch before, but then it was so expensive and I just needed something that can let me know when I have calls, messages, alerts from my phones and remind me that I need to exercise and walk.I like the fact that you can connect it on you apps. So you don’t need to worry that you missed an important call or messages or took your medicine. It’s also waterproof so I don’t need to remove them even when I am washing the dishes. It also easy to remove when needed. It last 5 to 7 days with me. The resolution is great and the display is sensitive to touch. You can set a reminder. Just to sum up, I am glad I bought this than the expensive ones.Does exactly what I want. It helps me get organised.

This is a replacement for a faulty item and only had it a few weeks but so far no issues. Battery life is good, loads better then my Fitbit charge 2. It's waterproof so I never have to take it off, even when swimming, the screen can be seen outside, although not tested it in bright sunshine yet. Steps seem quite accurate, it doesn't count when I am washing up or other activities that other step counters do. I have had the original mi band, 2,3 and now 4, I was happy with the 3 and wouldn't have upgraded if I hadn't lost it. It is comfy to wear and I like that I can change the strap whenever I want. I can read notifications and messages on it ana see who is calling me,I don't use heart rate very often but seems as good as any others.

Mi Band 4 is a great fitness band and almost a smart watch. There are a few pros and cons but at this price point, it's a great product.Pros--------Battery life is superb it goes on and on and on. After 5 days of use its still 70%,left!!!-AMOLED display is a major upgrade over MI Band 3 and looks amazing.-Almost a complete smart watch which can show steps, distance, calories heart rate etc without the need of an app.-Alarm functionality / vibration is highly effective in waking me up.-Lots of strap options over Amazon and other sitesCons---------The step count is somewhat inaccurate and doesn't match with my iphone or apple watch-The charging requires talking out the unit from strap which isa bit fidly procedure.

Mobile app is fairly poor, however combine with a 3rd party app available on the app store and the watch was able to display notifications directly from phone, messages etc. Accuracy of heart rate monitor is slightly better than the previous version although still better as a resting heart rate monitor rather than an activity monitor. The swimming mode was useful although when the screen is covered in water it's very difficult to operate the touch screen.Battery life is fantastic, easily 20+ days on a single charge and is even better than the previous model. The colour display is easily viewable even in bright daylight and the customisable watch face is a nice touch.

[+] neat design - sits better on the wrist than a fitbit i.m.o.; survived an accidental hot wash and 1400rpm spin cycle! Crazy battery life - 40 days and finally went to 20%; super fast charging. Has survived dropping onto a hard floor. Colour screen. Cost - seriously I mean how do you get all this tech for so little money?[-] does not seem to detect REM but that is not too important as it accurately tracks deep and light sleep. App is clunky as it is designed on the basis that you have multiple devices from this manufacturer so e.g. to set the alarm you have to go "profile" -> device -> choose device.....and then you get to the alarm and other functions.

I sit in the office for 12h every day, the band helps me achieving 10k of daily steps. I try to walk every evening now, and if I skip one day you can easily check the app and it is motivating if you check your last week Monday and you find out that you walk 800 steps that day. Nex day you do 20.000 to compensate for it :D. I bought the band only for the step count so I can't say too much about other features. The battery is so good you can forget that the band actually needs the charge. once or twice a month you need to charge it. Sleep monitoring is meh. Accuracy, in general, is good but few times I reach my next step goal while driving the car -.-

Brilliant little smart watch at a reasonable price. I bought primarily to control the music on my galaxy s10 plus while travelling and also read txt/what's app messages......a job it does well at this price. Also didn't realise there is a huge array of different faces you can download to change the look....very nice. Android app is done well too so you can see all of your historical or real time stats. Very happy with this and would recommend to anyone else looking for a cheap but functional smart watch. The battery is incredible...has been lasting well over a week for me, but this is with the heart rate monitor disabled. Really glad I bought this!

Generally I'm happy with it.Well, it's obviously not going to have all the features that one five times the price will have but it does everything I bought it for.One outstanding feature is battery life. After a month of use, it was only down to 15%. Looks like 10 or 11 charges a year then. The step counter seems reasonably accurate and it produces similar distances walked whether I use the tracking mode or not.One one thing that isn't accurate is sleep tracking. It can't seem to tell the difference between being in bed but awake and light sleep but I didn't buy it for that. For the price, it seems hard to beat.

Only had it a week, but battery life amazing! It tracks steps, heart rate, weight. Also I've used the Timer when cooking and Alarm Clock. Such a useful device - waterproof and easy to read in dark with dimmer mode. I can't believe the functionality for the price. One thing: the band does not clasp - it is a stick kind of thing. Am afraid to wear it swimming. I'll probably buy a new clasp type wristband. Also a charger where you do not need to remove the watch unit from the band. Only need to charge every couple of weeks, but not convenient to remove/replace watch into band. Otherwise, perfect for price!

For the money this is a fantastic watch. Remember this is a Chinese brand watch. Even the Mi app is superb. Has everything you need to start on a fitness type watch. Battery life is superb too. I have used mine alot and it has lasted 9 days now. I had some amazon vouchers so got this for 20 quid. I would have happily paid more for this watch. Make sure you get the global edition watch and not the chinese which I did and sadly my mandarin is not what it use to be.This is perfect for a normal person who wants something to start over the Garmin Fenix series. You can't go wrong with this.
