I bought this after a recommendation by a family member. It has the basics, distance, time, systolic heart measurement, plus little surprises, like telling you to get up and move, and extra alarms in the morning if you haven't got out of bed!! I don't wear it in the shower - not sure if it is waterproof, but otherwise it's on my wrist all the time.

What can I say it monitors your steps monitors your sleep and can do your heart rate .Works well with my Samsung s7 use the mi app and google fit and sync and it moves everything over to the Samsung health don't need the expensive stuff this does everything you could ask

Does everything it says it does at a great price. The associated App is not as good as some others but at the price it's a great entry-level fitness band.Can't fault it.
