Wrangler - what's not to love. The names older than me and probably a lot better respected as well!! I was sent a pair of W31/L30 jeans to review and they've not disappointed. While I have to confess they're a tad tight in the waist for my 5'7", 8-1/2 st (120+ pound ) figure, I was still able to get them on (just couldn't zip them up LOL!!). Who cares. Underneath a baggy shirt they do great and what's more, despite not being fully zipped up, they stay in place. That's a biggie for me. I've had cheaper ones that either fell down or were just so uncomfortable to wear if not fully zipped up, they got consigned to the charity box.The leg length was also about an inch too short for me - I think I probably need at least the 31 if not 32 but that's probably as much because I've longer legs. Hence I've not marked the fit down as I really took a chance on the sizing being right given you just never know nowadays. Another well known high street company would have me believe I'm actually a size 16 in jeans and not my usual 12!!!! I think you just have to try a variety these days to have any hope of a good fit.This is my 1st experience of Wrangler though as I could never afford or justify the cost ordinarily. And I must confess I used to wonder what the difference might be as I also have had many cheap jeans over the years that have proven very good and long lasting etc. But all I can say having tried these there is a subtle difference alright and it comes in the fabric and its incredible stretchiness - it's just amazing. Plus the denim is soft not hard like some cheaper types. So these jeans really do figure hug but in a good way.So if you're anything like my tall slim build & ordinarily a size 12 in jeans I'd suggest you go up at least one size on my set if not 2 to be more comfortable. But they are certainly worth the outlay if you can afford it.

This was for a friend, and so is her review."I got these Wrangler "High Rise Skinny" jeans at the same time as a pair of "Slim" ones - both in the same size 28" / 32". The slim pair has a "regular waist" and a "slim leg" while these high rise skinny ones are a "high waist" and a "skinny leg" according to Wrangler.In actual fact both pairs were similar. The denim seems to be high quality and is soft right from the go - much more so than some of my jeans. The "Subtle Blue" colour (actually the normal dark blue for jeans) is quite flattering. It's a uniform colour, with no fading or "pre-worn" look, and so screams "new jeans!" but lovely nonetheless.The fit was exactly as described.There's a little bit of stretch in them (there's 7% elastane and the like in them) which increases comfort, and means you don't have to be 100% on the sizing.Unlike some skinny jeans I've had these were easy to get on and off around the heel and ankle which is another plus.Overall very pleased with these jeans. I'd not tried Wrangler before but would certainly have them again. Pricing can be a bit variable from "good value" to "luxury purchase", so keep your eyes open for a bargain. Full marks."

My wife's delighted with these though might have found the 30L a better fit as these proved a bit longer than she's used to. The denim is soft, supple and plenty stretchy to give a form-fitting look without too much squeeze. The jeans are very slightly washed-looking with a deep navy dye and some 'distress' signs that look both sharp and casual at the same time; easy to dress up or down accordingly. On the rear pockets there's the simple W motif sewn in with contrasting threads that makes it clear these are Wrangler if you happen to be looking but is much more understated than the overtly branded items that we tend to avoid. All in all,excellent jeans.Pricing is a bit odd at the moment with some size permutations a bargain and others quite expensive. The 28/32L is under £40 at the moment which is a very good price for jeans of this calibre.

I really like these jeans. I range from a size ten/twelve and found size 30/31 leg fitted nicely, although I would have liked a longer leg.I'm not normally a jeans lover, as I dont like wearing tight and firm fabric around my joints, but I have found these jeans to be very comfortable.The high waist is very flattering and must be good for core support and help keep a flat tummy! Nice to wear jeans where your stomach isn't spilling over!The jeans are very well made and I really like the indigo blue colour. The fabric stretches nicely and again gives allot of comfort and room.I am very pleased with these jeans, as I said before, especially as a non jeans wearer. Very comfortable,very flattering and made to last.

I love the smooth, soft, stretchy fabric of thses jeans, they are so comfortable to wear. I also love the colour, they have slightly faded areas on the front making them look up to date, and the rich deep blue is classic. They are very slim in the leg, as you would expect for skinny jeans, and also fit really well on the body, this high-rise version sits exactly on my waist and has smooth, clean lines which makes jumpers, etc. sit smoothly over the top.I can highly recommend these jeans, they can be dressed up or casual, they wash well, the fabric and the stitching is excellent quality and they fit very true to size. Not cheap at around £75 but well worth every penny!

I was really surprised how lovely these Wrangler Jeans were. Wrangler is name that evokes a blast from the past and I haven't tried them for ages. These are the most comfortable jeans I own, and I own loads of denim. The colour is classic jeans and the denim is enriched with Lycra giving both a slimlook fit and extremely comfortable experience. ideal for standing, walking and sitting, and transitioning between these there's no feeling of immodesty. The fit is fantastic. The high waist combined with the slim leg cut and Lycra make these simply the most comfortable and flattering jeans. Outstanding performance from this classic brand.

These are really comfortable skinny jeans. I'm usually a size 10 or 12 in jeans and this waist 31 fits very well. It is described as high rise which seems to mean it sits on the waist as opposed to hipsters, this gives a good fit for me.They are tight all the way down the leg but the elastic gives them some give for comfort.I am 5ft 6 and the 30 length is too short for me although I'm happy to wear them with boots as I usually do.The colour is quite dark and the material feels softer than jeans often do.

Bought these at a bargain price and have not regretted it. The sizing is accurate as is the colour. Very comfortable to wear due to the Stretch in the denim and I'm looking forward to taking them away with me in a few days time on holidays. Beautifully made and a nice stylish fit. I have had my last pair of Wrangler jeans for over 20 yrs and it's refreshing to see the quality of the brand hasn't slackened at all. 3 Cheers to Amazon for delivering them so promptly too... Wrangler Women's High Rise Skinny Subtle Blue Jeans are a great fitting pair of jeans which is no surprise as I have always considered Wrangler as a great manufacturer of denim clothing.This pair of jeans are designed to sit neatly and snuggle the body, but yet they were very comfortable to wear. I liked the quality of the denim and they washed very well.A great pair of jeans which I am hoping like all my Wrangler range of Jeans will simply get better with age.Happy to recommend.

I found these to be a smaller fit and shorter length than other Wrangler jeans which I have in the same size 30w 30l but in a different style. These are ankle scrapers but still very flattering with a very high waist which eradicates all muffin top. I’m not sure I’d feel comfortable eating a large meal while wearing these, no room for any food babies here. The dark denim makes them suitable for both casual and more formal occasions.

These are skinny jeans, so don't expect wiggle room; however, this is how they should be.The colour is a really nice blue. The material is good quality, not too thin and stretchy. They were a good length. Seams are well sewn. There are pockets, though you might have trouble putting anything bulky in them. They are suitable for both casual and evening, as they are very smart - not distressed!! Highly recommended.

These are nice jeans - they are comfortable with a quality feeling fabric, which stretches well. They however are sized small - these were ‘mediums’ but only just fitted when am usually a small size - consider going up at least a size otherwise they may well not fit.They also ran a bit on the first wash - so need to be kept seperate.Overall though a really comfortable set of jeans and therefore worth a look.

Even though I'm not always the biggest fan of skinny jeans, these Wranglers are a beautiful fit, with an added bit of stretch to keep them flattering and comfortable. I'm an 8-10, so I ordered the 28W and find them perfectly sized, even when sitting down.The colour is nice and rich and the fabric is beautifully soft, proving their quality and price. I'm very happy with them.

Really stylish jeans. As you can see I'm the picture, they come to just above ankle length and so are great for summer wear. As they stretch they are really comfortable and have a nice tight fit at the same time. They seem durable, also; I have two small children who wipe no end of bodily liquids on them, and they've stood up to multiple washing. Perfect.

Very light- when they arrived in the post we weren't convinced it was the correct article. However, this makes the denim very soft and flexible,Well made, with strong and good quality stitching. A very comfortable fit on the legs.My wife found that her usual size was slightly too small at the waist, so be prepared to require the next size up.
