I love toys that work well without batteries. These cars definitely fit that catergory. They run for a while, including over carpet and bumps in rugs, and swerve around items. It's a bit soon for my one-year-old nephew to appreciate them to their full extent. He doesn't yet have the strength to pull them back and let them go himself. He does love to watch them go and hearing the noise they make, and he seems to enjoy their colourfulness. We've taken the dolls out of the car for now, because they'll just end up in his mouth. I look forward to him being able to play at racing with me. Very pleased with this purchase.

I bought this for my son when he was 13 months old. He has been playing these cars day and night happily. It is really amazing how far it can go with one push. It makes my son chase the car everywhere in the house. It looks very durable too. Recommended...update 4 months later: friction systems for both cars have died. Considering that they had been used massively for these 4 months I can't blame the company. But I Just want to let other buyers know so that they set up their expectations accordingly...

These are hands down the best toy cars I have come across. We received these as a gift for our son's first birthday, and he immediately fell in love with them. Now at 19 months, he still plays with them all the time and takes them with him everywhere. No batteries are required for the propelling mechanism, you just need to push it forward once or a few times to prime it, and off it goes! Highly recommend for any child.

These cars are brilliant our destructive 16 month old twin boys have not managed to break them so far and love playing with them. We all play together as I wind the cars up & let them go then the boys chase after them and bring them back, time & time again they think it's great fun. Highly recommend these. We have ordered more WOW toys as these have been so good.

I bought this car as a gift for my son. It's very well made. I love the rounded edges( it almost looks cartoon-like). I didn't buy it for educational value, so I can't ascribe any to it. It's definitely durable and provides fun time for me as well. The fact that it doesn't require batteries is a BIG PLUS. I'll definitely be buying other toys from the WOW range.

I have bought a few of the WOW toys in the past and these are as great as the rest, very good value for money,children love them and educational too.They dont brake easily (even with twin boys playing with them)!Easy to use for young children and a good thing being that they are friction powered so no need for batteries as many toys use these days.

I bought these cars to try and "boy-up" our toy box, as most of the toys belong to my daughter. They have been a great success, we all enjoy playing with them and are a big hit. My 9month old son loves watching them whizz around, as well as giving them a good chew, and my 2.5yr old daughter loves racing them. Good value toy

This toy was probably the best thing I could have got my 2 year old grandson for his birthday. He just loves anything to do with cars and moving vehicles but racing cars around is his absolute favourite. Nice that, with the two cars, he can 'share' with a friend which is a little hard to understand at this age.

This was bought as a birthday present for a three year old and he loved it! Having had experience of 'wow' toys and my own three year old grandson, my problem was which one to buy. With no batteries to worry about, I have always found them a great success and they are on all present lists for little ones.

i bought this for my two year old grandson knowing that his younger brother would be interested ! since there are two cars and little people in this set , problem solved they have one each and they can play together !very durable and good friction movement on the wheels ! thoroughly recommend this toy

I bought these for my twin boys after the wow range was recommended by a few friends. I'm not disappointed. Great items, no batteries and yet you'd think they did as they motor along with a swift push. My 2 year old boys love them....have bought more wow toys since. Great products.

The WOW toys are fabulous - no batteries requires and are friction powered. My son has quite a few of these and they have all been a success. Very durable too especially with little boys - they took quite a bit of bashing and still look as good as new.

my little one has had fun playing with them today it's cheered him up he loves the wow cars there perfect for small hands :)so would recommend my little one can be a fuss pot but with these kind of toys he loves them will be buying more for him

Our two year-old son loves them. A twin pack with removable figures let's his imagination run wild. The friction system allows long runs across the room, and no need to buy costly replacement batteries time and time again.

This brand of toys makes very solid toys with no sharp edges, no batteries butvsounds from the wheels of a racing car and airplane. These toys stimulate the child’s imagination. I highly recommend them.
