My son was bought this when he was about 20 months old and it's a wonderful toy. It comes with a policeman, a robber and a police dog. The car has a little yellow button on the side that pops the roof up in a very satisfying way and has two spaces inside to sit the people - front and back. You can then close the roof again and the dog sits on top. It's friction powered - one of the lovely thing about Wow toys in my opinion is that they don't need batteries and the kids actually have to do some work to get it to move. My son is now nearly 5 and this toy is still with us and still enjoyed by my son and his nearly 2 yr old sister.

I had never heard of WOW toys until I was looking for stocking fillers for my 2 year old son. Came across this range and I have to say they really are fab! The police car comes with a small dog and policeman - not a problem for my son but I guess some people might worry about giving a young child these small parts? But the toy is well made and very sturdy. My son loves nothing more than 'crashing' his cars and believe me, he does it with a fair 'clout'! They have stood up to months of abuse so far and are still going strong! And best of all - they don't need any batteries! Definitely recommend!

I bought this for a friend's one year old. It is lovely- really well made. It works on friction so you can push it along and it will keep going (on a hard floor at least). The figures are apparently designed so that they do not present a choking hazard. Obviously I would always still be on my guard but that is nice to know as children of that age often can't play with many characters as they are so small. The top of the car opens and you can put the figure in to drive which provided much entertainment for the recipient !

I have ordered this toy for my 2 yeard old twins and this is the really very interesting and funny police car of all we already have. There is a dog and a policeman and a interesting decor,we found inside the boxt and the boys enjoy playing with them. The material is really hard and reliable, so the car have not been broken yet.Yes, I will reccommend this toys for over 1.5 years old boys.

My son has had one of these for several years and even now at age 5 still likes playing with it. This one was a present for a first birthday and was a big hit with the recipient and his 4 year old brother too. They are pretty much indestructible and need no batteries but run well across the floor. Some of the larger vehicles we have are quite noisy but this one is not bad.

We bought a few things from the wow toys range for my son's second christmas and they are all great, lovely sturdy, battery free toys which he really loves playing with. Although i'd have to say the police car is his favourite as it is small enough for him to carry easily and it can be put in a bag and taken out with us.

have bought several of the toys in this series, they are fantastic, all ready to play with when you get them out of the box, my grandaughters are 2years old and love them, as do several of my friends older children who also love playing with them very good value for money

Ordered this (and the police bike and horse set) for my toddler grandson. Have waited until now to review because I wanted to test the durability. Still played with months later. Easy to use. Will definitely stand the test of time. Would definitely recommend.

My 1 year old nephew absolutely loved this Christmas present, i was told that he played with it the most of all his Christmas presents!, what a good buy that was, and great value too. Will have to look for the WOW toys again next Christmas.

Winner with my nephew. To be fair, it's got a car and a dog so he was always going to love it, but it's chunky enough that he can hold it and play with it, and the roof is easy for him to open and close. Well worth buying for him.

I have bought 5 WOW toys of Amazon for my grandson who is 2 years old and lives in New Zealand and would highly recommend them as they have no sharp edges on them and are very colourful plus do not require any batteries.

Bought this for my little grandson as a first birthday present, he absolutely loves it. There are so many to choose from, I can't wait to order another one at Christmas time. Fantastic toys and very well made.

My son had most of the Wow toys when he was little so when I had to buy a gift for a one year old I headed straight for a Wow Toy. These are good quality, bright and functional and do not require batteries!

Game for children age +1.Durable, compact, well finished. I recommend it!My son had a lot of fun.It does not use batteries and all sounds are created with mechanical movements hidden.

Indestuctible, brightly-coloured, an opening lid and something to put inside - what more does a toddler want? And for their impoverished parents, a complete lack of batteries!
