It's always a case of a bit more peace of mind to get specialist, antibac post-ink washes rather than generic cleansing products. This is perfect - it's a very nice and gentle lathering soap wash. It's very light and rinses off with the minimum of water - essential if you're trying to clean a fresh area and don't want to completely drench it and potentially damage new ink.The rest of the range looks good too, including the longer-term care products - definitely put forward as a lifetime care system rather than a one-off, use-then-forget-about-it product - just as the ink itself should be. Will definitely be checking out some of the other items in the range,

Okay the reason for 4 stars is because I cant really give an honest review, iv only used this product about three times. Iv got 6 tattoos, I used tattoo goo with all of them, I ran out and needed something to be delivered pretty quickly and saw this, but hells bells I love the smell of this ? it's so lovley, lathers better than my tattoo goo, tho I do use the tattoo goo lotion after using this product. I'm hoping for great results with this wash. I got 100ml because I just wanted something to last me lol so far so good tho, I will update when my tattoo if fully healed, it's been nearly 2 weeks since I got my tattoo,

This is perfect for keeping new tattoos clean and hygienic. While regular shower gels are perfumed and could irritate, this is totally hypoallergenic and natural and vegan, no nasty ingredients and includes colour protection which is perfect.The tube is great value, the 25ml is around £5 or you can buy the 100ml for under £9 which is a total bargain and worth it to help the healing, I'm using this alongside their other products for the optimum result on my first ever tattoo and feel so much more confident having them, it seems a really good quality brand and one I shall continue using for future tattoos!

My daughter had her tattoo yesterday, of her cat who passed away 2 years ago.She did a spot test with the gel, a few days ago to check any allergic reactions...none whatsoever.She finds this TattooMed Cleansing Gel first class. It is gentle, effective and you can easily see where you have cleansed, so there's no chance of missing anything.Finished off with Bepanthen cream.....there is no inflammation, no soreness....it's marvellous. The tattoo looks quite shiny in the pic, due to the cream.Highly recommended here...and to her tattooist.

I have always just used plain warm water on any new tattoos I've had but was happy to try this on a small new one I had recently and think it's excellent. I wasnt worried about any of the ingredients in it and was pleased to find there isn't a strong smell from it. On using it I found a nice gentle lather that didn't feel thick or sticky and rinsed off easily without needing any help from my other hand or anything like a flannel or cotton wool. I'd certainly use it after a new tattoo and would recommend it too.

Yeah I think this is a very good idea and a bit of a gap in the market. I have very recently got my very first tattoo after years of procrastinating and was delighted to get this product. Read the spiel for the ingredients and purpose of this but it definately offers piece of mind and a nice feeling, soothing rinse in the specific area. I was a bit worried with all the aftercare advice but this product has been specifically designed to cater or this.

Ok so I didn’t read the Description before I bought this, I have used this product many times and it’s a really good product I would recommend to use on your new ink..... but this is a 25ml tube and is very expensive as you can get bigger for the same price. I’m not knocking the product it’s a grate product I’m just making you all aware you can get bigger sized bottles for the same money.

My adult daughter has a large tattoo on her arm and until she got this recently I didn’t know there was such a thing as specific products for tattooed skin. She loves these products and uses them daily to keep her skin soft and smooth and most of all protected from sun damage. This range does all that and will keep her tattoo looking great.

I really like this gel. You only need a small amount per wash, I use lukewarm water and it lathers well and it’s really soothing for the tattoo. I wash my tattoos with this gel when I wake up and before I go to sleep and I follow up with aftercare ointment/moisturiser. I use this gel for cleaning my fresh tattoos until they stop peeling.

Really soft and pleasant product that is great for fresh tattoos or other sensitive areas.My friend just had a new tattoo on her arm and she tested this gel at our home and was immediately sold - both as to ingredients but also as to the feel of the product and she will be a future buyer of this as she gets tattooed frequently

I wasn't sure I understood why this should be a thing - after all, tattoos are fresh for a fairly short time - but hey I am sold now. This is so gentle on my skin and feels lovely and light. I reckon it's great for keeping fresh tattoos from being too irritated or scabby. Plus, full marks for being 100% vegan and paraben free!

This is a really nice product to use.I worried about washing my tattoos with regular soap and shower gels, that they were too strong and maybe damaging the tattoos brightness so I am so glad an item like this is on the market.I do feel that my tattoos look good for washing them with this so I am happy to continue to do so.

I started off with Tattoo Goo for my first large tat which did the job. Then weeks later I two more large tats and decided to give this a go as it was a bigger bottle/tube. I have to say I prefer this, it lathers a lot better and left my skin feeling soothed and refreshed.

It might seem a little pricey, but this PH neutral wash is just the sort of thing you want post-tattoo. You can clean your fresh tattoo up without any sting. There is nothing in here that will irritate your skin. It's also vegan and not-tested on animals, so everyone wins.

I really liked using this product after having a tattoo done. I used for the first few weeks after a new tattoo, and suffered absolute minimal issues with my skin (some slight dry skin on fine lines of the tattoo design). I'd definitely use this again for future tattoos.
