Nowadays you can pick up a ride along toy for around £10- £15...so I was a little apprehensive about the hefty price tag but it is SO worth it. Not only is it absolutely adorable, but it's so easy to maneuver too! My daughter had absolutely no trouble. The wheels go in all directions, unlike the rigidity you see in the cheaper ride on toys, which obviously means more fun for your little ones as it's far less frustrating! I am really really happy with this purchase, and as soon as my daughter is too big for the small one I will be buying the next size up!

This product is extremely well made and excellent quality. However, it's no good if you have hard floors with rugs. It can't cope with the change in terrain due to the small size of the castors. We now have ride-ons with ig wheels to overcome that problem. Also, on hard floors, the castors tend to make the bug slide out on cornering. We have a large kitchen with a tiled floor so when whizzing around my kids tended to go a bit fast round corners and end up crashing into walls/units. Depending on your floor type this could be great or not-so-great.

Best toy ever! Kids played with it starting from age of 1 to 6, until we eventually have it away to a friend with smaller children. It's a good toy to gain equilibrium and coordination, excellent before buying bikes or similar "vehicles". Plus it's just adorable and stayed just as pretty all this time! Have to appreciate the base board being in plain wood, as any colourful paint there would leave marks on the walls as has happened with some other toys, plus it is nicely round on edges so bumping into any object or person is not really a problem.

My 14 month old granddaughter loves her Wheelybug pig! She can't walk yet but can whizz around on her pig, giving her independence and building up muscle strength and balance in readiness for walking. The pig is just the right size and she holds onto the handle so it seems to be ergonomically designed. It is very manouverable and she can ride it just as easily on a hard floor and on carpet. It is well made and very sturdy. I thought it was a bit expensive when I bought it but now she is riding it I think it is worth every penny.

My daughter loves this ride on pig, we have an apartment with wooden flooring throughout and she drives easily around the place, the pig is very easy to manoeuvre in all directions. She also likes to hug the pig, ride on it back to front and sometimes picks it up and carries it around! It is quite expensive but it does move around easier than other ride on toys, which was important for the hard flooring here. The cuteness of the pig is also something which has added to the enjoyment for my daughter, i would recommend this toy.

I was quite surprised as others have mentioned how small the small version of this is, especially as it comes from Amazon in a rather large box.That said this is a quality toy, built to last and with a cute little tail as well. My niece has not actually ridden on it yet she just pushes it around backwards with the handle, but she seems to enjoy it!**It's 4 months later and she now rides on it a lot, she loves scooting around the hard kitchen floor with it and even manages to get around on it over the livingroom carpet**

I bought this for my daughter's first birthday and she used it as a walker and we would sit her on it and race her around the house. She LOVES this mousy. Always a favourite, every toddler and child has always made a beeline for it when they come around. She's now nearly 3 and still uses it daily. I'm so pleased we bought the large size as she will continue to get use out of it for at least another year or so. Still looks brand new despite daily use. It won't look like a hand me down when her sister is old enough to use it!

I bought this for my granddaughter's first birthday. She is now 13 months old and it is her favourite toy by far. The whole design is very user friendly and stable for a small child but it is the castors that are the amazing part. She uses it to push at the moment and it is so easy to move round with the swivel castors. She is not a confident walker yet but she is very confident almost running while she pushes it round the furniture and in and out of the rooms. Preferably chasing me! Great fun.

A lovely, well made product that will become a treasured item. Bought for our 1 year old for her birthday and although is too big at the moment she enjoys using it to walk around with. Glad we chose to buy the larger one as the smaller one would have had limited use. We also have a 2 1/2 year old, who is having a whale of a time scooting round on it when her sister isn't about. Overall a very nice toy and would recommend it to others.

I bought this for my niece, for her first birthday. I was contemplating buying the small but decided the large would last her a little longer. I'm glad I went for the large as the description is deceiving - it's not very large at all..! It is a little bit for her, she is on her tippy-toes when she wheels on it, but she would have out grown the small in no time. She absolutely loves this. It's made really well too. A great buy!

My son loves this pig ride on toy! A gift for his 1st birthday i didnt think he'd be able to ride on it until a little older but he can! I was unsure about whether or not to get the bigger size after reading other reviews. Im glad i didnt as the smaller size was perfect to be used right away. My 2 1/2 year old newhew was also whizzing round on it the other day. I would buy they bigger size up in a few years time.

I bought the larger one after reading the reviews that the small one was too small for their tall one year old as my son would be 13 months at Christmas and he's quite tall, it's about the right size but unfortunately he's not ready for a sit on toy yet , great quality looks good and he loves the cow horns , and because I got the larger one it will be suitable for a few more years

I bought this for my granddaughter's first birthday. When I first saw it I thought it looked small, but in fact it's a great size for a little one and will do her for a couple of years. My four year old grandson whizzes around on it even though it is too small for him. It is very sturdy and manoeuvrable - goes forwards, backwards and roundabout! A super, well made toy.

I bought two of these for my twins 1st birthday. They are extremely well made and everyone comments on how lovely they are. Only issue at the moment is that they tend to use them as walkers rather than ride on toys, and when I put them on to ride in, they fall off the back as there isn't a lot of room! But they still love playing with the, and I would recommend them.

This was a present for my son's first birthday, and he loves it! He likes to walk around with the nice padding giving him more confidence. The free rotating castors mean that he hasn't just got to walk in a straight line. The tiger pattern is cute and he loves anything cat related. Buy with confidence if you want to give your little one some confidence in walking.
