The only removable spd/flat pedal I could find. Does exactly what it says on the tin and feels well made. Too early to comment on durability but Wellgo pedals are generally pretty tough despite their budget reputation. The only criticism is that the red release mechanism rotates to hit the sole of your shoe as you pedal if your feet are too close to the crank. This is easy to get used to (put your feet a bit wider) and hasn't been a problem with SPD shoes on the other side of the pedal.

After a very long Google search for removable SPD pedals for my Brompton surprisingly Amazon came up trumps.The one side SPD one side flats are ideal for some serious XC riding as well as less fanatical urban pottering on my travels.Test ridden on an 85 mile ride in Marin County and seem to perform well, longevity yet to be proven but good value for the price and actually the only current option I ever found

Bought this for my folding bike so when the bike folds, the pedals won't stick out and catch/knock things. Wanted a detachable with a clip on capability and this was the closest I could find. Unfortunate that the clip on side doesn't catch to the cleats as easily as those MTB pedals, but it does get the job done when they do.
