Awesome stuff. This is my first butane iron of this type and I have to say that it does the job well, if not better than my mains powered 70w iron. Heats up in a matter of seconds, and has a good amount of heat; adjustable using the little slider. Includes 5 different tips/attachments for soldering, hot-cutting and heat-shrinking. As well as a useful amount of lead free solder and a little sponge bath to clean your tips!It does however, go through butane at a fair rate, so if you plan on using this for longer than 30 mins be sure to bring a refill can.All of this and a carry case makes this a great set to carry around as well it being surprisingly inexpensive being weller.Weller quality at a

This is well worth the money compared to cheap gas torches. The gas reservoir holds enough gas to make it usable for a longer period than small ones. Has a separate on/off “switch” as well as low/high setting.Warms up quickly and is effective. Comes with several tips and the little spanner needed to unscrew them, as well as a heat shrink shroud. The sponge and holder is a nice touch, as is a solder dispenser. A complete kit that comes in a sturdy case, so should last for a long time.

very good product but cant seem too track down new tips for this particular model there are other weller gas irons and they seem to have replacments but cant find any for WP3EU. This model is half the price of the others so maybe thats it and weller feel you should re-invest again in the future. Is good quality works very well if it was future proof would give it 5 stars but becuse this is uncertain it gets 4.

Very pleased with this being portable and running off gas means no hassle of needing electricity for working on the car or something similar. Comes with nice selection of tips, solder , sponge and a curly shield which i presume is for heat-shrinks. Nice case and a good gadget factor.

It's a Weller! Good quality well made, seriously overpriced but reliable. Contrary to some posts here, the tips are fine. Filling lasts around 30 - 40 minutes, and the heat is remarkable. To some people I can only say 'read the instructions before use'

Great soldering iron, get the job done and is nice and easy to grip. Tank lasts around 30 to 40 mins, and is easy to refill. The plastic body does concern me a little, however after droping it a few times it is still like new.

Works so so takes a fair while to warm up and then u ended up getting out a electric soldering iron so i guess if your out and about there ok as an emergency but at home or in ur shack NO

Weller is weller and being an old electronics engineer since the 70' s. Nice to see some companies still keep the reputation up. Keep it up.Quality does not have to be compromised.

Great little iron, this is my second one in 5 years first broke due to travelling for work. It’s very reliable and more compact compared to the weller pyropen.

Recommended, If you want instant heat for soldering this is the tool for you, handy, interchangeable tips and easy to use.
