I used 2 of these trackers on my whippets 1 worked well for about 14 months and now only works now and then,the other tracker fell out of the rubber holder which isn’t very secure and could not be retrieved so l replaced it 5 months ago with another one that has not worked properly from the start.The customer service is very poor as it is e mail only and they take up to 48 hours to reply although l have now been waiting 5 days for an answer to my last e mail.l am sure there must be more reliable trackers on the market although when the weenect does work it is ok.

This product has to be 100% reliable to be worth using at all. This one has stopped working after 2 months.
