This is one of my son's favourite toys and he has gained lots of use out of it over the last 4 months discovering moving parts, lights and sounds and we (new parents) highly recommend it. This was gifted to us and I'm so pleased we've got so much use out of this.Out little one is now 11 months and he still uses it in his regular pattern of energetic play. It has not only helped to promote strengthen his legs, improve his finger dexterity but also help him observe, listen and react to noise. There's no real set up beyond pushing 4 removable legs into the bottom of the table. Batteries are included and we've not had to replace them yet.Our son was constantly playing with the phone book (turning the page over)and rolling the barrel. Other toys includes a telephone and a piano (with sound and lights) and a clock dial with sounds. The sounds can be switched and the volume can be high or low in case things get a little crazy. The telephone piece is not attached by elastic string like some other VTech toys so it does have a tendency to go missing.Conclusion_________________________________Overall, I highly recommend this product - for your child or as gift with longetivity. Remember if the baby can't stand they can always use it without the purple legs on (as shown in the VTech photos) unless they are showing signs of wanting to stand. What I would say is if your child is showing signs of walking, like edging across furniture or you think there legs are strong enough to step forwards, you might want to save money and go straight to the

I purchased this activity table for my 9 month old as he stands up by himself aided so I thought it would be ideal for him to play with. The table was well packaged and very very simple to assemble. The legs literally slot into the table top and it is complete and ready to use!The table is the perfect height for him to pull himself up on and stand and play with the various activities. The phone is detachable from the table and rings once removed from the table. There is a volume setting and an on/off. The centre of the table lights up and has many different sounds/music. It has been a big hit for my son and he loves to stand and play with this and also walk around the table to use the different activities. If your little one isn't standing just yet, this is still a good buy as the table top can be used on the floor and once more mobile, used with the legs attached.Overall a great buy and used very much in our house!

My 9 month old loves this table and it's provided her with hours of fun. Since she learnt to pull herself up to standing, that's all she wants to do, so this is a great toy which allows her to stand and play. The only issue with it is that it's not very sturdy, and if she leans on it a bit too much or pulls herself up then steps forward to it, it will move along the floor. We have a play mat which is grippy so that will hold it a bit more firmly if it's stood on top of that, but on our hardwood floor it slides all over the place. The product does say it is only suitable for children who can stand independently so that must be the reason, but even if your child could stand on their own I still think there is a risk of them falling if they over balanced and pushed the table along. I wouldn't leave my daughter to play with this unsupervised but I do recommend it as she really enjoys it.

My 8mth old loves this to bits. She started pulling to stand really early, and after weeks of trying to discourage her I gave up as she was refusing to sit and play with anything, she just wanted to be on her feet so I needed something sturdy to pull herself up and lean against. This has gone down a storm, although the legs are detachable (click rather than screwed) I think it's plenty sturdy enough for a child under supervision - certainly better than the walker which has wheels but no brakes stupidly - and it has plenty of attachments to entertain her. Her little face lights up when the cat song starts! Easy to keep clean and will fold down relatively small once she's done with it (or to chuck in the boot for weekends away in the meantime). We love it in this house!

My 9 months old needed new types of toys as she was going through a new development stage, and I wanted to extend her toys repertoire. I wasnt sure about this, as I am usually not a big fan of electronic toys. Turned out my baby girl absolutely loved it - she loves standing by holding on to it! It is a great exercise for her. She cannot pull herself up yet, but loves standing and playing with this toy, which can last min. 15-20 min. I noticed that once I removed the legs and put it on the floor, it becomes uninteresting. Thats ok, as I learned from this toy that my daughter absolutely loves activities whilst standing! Also, she learned to imitate phone calls with the toy phone. Was a good buy!

My 1yr old boy loves this activity table. I bought it for his 1st birthday and it's always the very first thing he goes for in the living room.Sits tinkering away for ages, pressing buttons, spinning the dial, flipping the book "pages" and chattering away to himself. The volume is pleasant too; perfect for baby or even louder if you wish (although there is no need unless your house is noisy). No setting up involved aside from popping 4 legs in (a piece of cake) and adding batteries. It is stumpy and sturdy and looks like it will last until he outgrows it.At such a low price I cannot find fault with this toy. Highly recommended and 5 stars.

Arrived in time, well packaged and a bit plus for me is the packaging being adult friendly!! Easy twist backs to get out of box, batteries included and just a coin needed to get that compartment open. Very happy with this product would happily recommend! My son enjoys it, I’d agree with the other reviews that it does slide when he’s trying to get himself upright with it but I just leave it against the wall and he’s happy with that. Glad I chose this one with the 4 legs as I feel he’s safer than with 3. 5* from me.

Love this product, exactly what we were looking for, our 9 month old has begun pulling himself up and this is perfect to help him practice! We have it placed on a high pile shag rug so doesn’t move too much but I can see if you had laminate/wood flooring that it would probably slide. He loves all the buttons and noises and they keep him occupied for ages which is a bonus! The only downside I would say is that the little phone is very little and very losable so not sure how long it will last!100% worth the money!

Bought this on lightening deal for £15 - my 5 month old likes the different lights and buttons and is using this in the sitting position currently until he is able to pull himself up to stand. The box says suitable up to 3 yrs and whilst my (almost) 3 yr old came to have a nosey at his brothers present and had a press of the buttons, he quickly lost interest. I would therefore expect that it would not be used much by children over the age of 2 but would be easily enjoyed by children 6 months - 2yrs

I bought this for my 7Month young baby girl and she loves it, Everytime i bring it out to play with her she gets so excited. So many great features on it and great for learning aswell when she gets a little older lovely and colourful. Would definitely recommend! Only down side is its a little big to put infront of her so have to put it on the side of her to play or i have to hold it infront of her. But when she gets a little older i can place it on the legs it stands on.

Son loved it whilst he was actually interested. Not the fault of the table, but he grew out of it very quickly and moved on to bigger toys that were less "baby".But whilst he played with it he absolutely adored it! As far as baby toys go, I can't even say it particularly annoying either. The only issue, I had to use it as a floor toy. Short of glueing it in, nothing I did would stop two of the legs from dropping out every time I was moved.

Had this for a couple weeks now from when my son was just learning to stand. He loves it and can spend a lot longer standing (holding on) and playing. He loves opening and closing the book for ages however he has squeezed his finger a couple times but that was from him pressing down as he turned it on his hand. But mommy and I both agree this is a great purchase because he plays with it for a long time and can now pull his self up

Obviously as lots of people said it could be more sturdy but I found it perfect for my 8 month old - it's plastic, what do people expect from a £25 children's play table? I expect the phone to get lost in no time, would be better if it could have been tied with some kind of rope to the table. Little one adores the table, and it's safer than our coffee table for her to pull herself up on. Love this, would definitely reccommend it!

I’m happy with this - our 10m old stands and presses the buttons and moves around the table. We have put it in the corner of her play pen so that it doesn’t move - if you left in middle she would be able to push it. I don’t think it’s a design flaw - but it’d be great if manufacturer added rubber sucker feet or grips onto legs. Overall it occupies our little one - we have had it for 1 month now.

Bought this when my baby was 4 months. He wasnt able to use it or very interested to be honest until 6 or 7 months of age. Hes played with it every day since! Now he’s almost a year and still loves it. My sanity is slightly shot from the frankly super annoying tunes but sadly he still loves them. Really worthwhile investment. Hopefully he’ll grow out of it soon and ill stop humming the tunes...
