For the past ~3 years, I’ve been using Neutrogena T-Gel. One day decided to pick this shampoo instead out of curiosity and I don’t regret it at all.I’ve only used it 5 times and dandruff is virtually non existent now. I was so shocked when I ran my hand through my hair and literally nothing fell out.Compared to the T-Gel, my scalp doesn’t get as itchy and the Dercos does a far better job eradicated the dandruff. I did however notice my hair tends to get greasier than it did with the T-Gel, but it’s something I’m willing to trade-off on.It’s a bit more expensive, but definitely worth it.

I have tried all possible shampoos against dandruff existing on the market, from the most basic ones to the most elaborated organic options. Very few shampoos work for me. I tried this one out of desperation and even though it doesn't fully ease my itchy scalp it reduces dandruff which is already a good result.My head is always warm and this shampoo doesn't really give me a sense of freshness but it leaves the hair nice and clean.I give it 4 stars as compared to all the shampoos I tried it does at least keep dandruff under control.

I have suffered with dry hair for years! I would always get dandruff and use head and shoulders thinking this will eventually work.I have really dark hair so it’s always been a concern thinking is there any on show.I done some research and thought I would try this as it had pretty good reviews but honestly didn’t expect too much.After one week of using this twice there was a massive difference! In fact there was no noticeable dandruff at all! I kept using this and it actually went away.I highly recommended this product.

I had been trying different shampoo’s for several years to solve my dandruff problem.Like most people, I read the reviews about this product and thought I’d give it a go.First use, I didn’t notice any difference.However, I started rubbing the shampoo directly into the troublesome areas (above the ears, back of the neck, along the hairline) then massaged all over and Voila, all gone ?The smell isn’t that bad, smells a little exotic fruitish.I’ll definitely be purchasing more

Have used this for over a 12 month. Originally bought as I had read good results for scalp psoriasis. It doesn't cure this but does not irritate either, my scalp is much calmer with using this although it does tend to cause build up on hair. I have tried other shampoos on the market for scalp conditions but for me this is the best so far

Have totally eradicated my dandruff from last 2 weeks. I was really felling awful going out with that head.. Thanks to this product and I could have clean head now.No side effects as of now and no harm I suffered using it. Smell is soft so you would Not even know when you use it.Shampoo is much recommended for dry skin like mine.

I think I have just found my shampoo. After trying sooo many types of shampoos, some very expensive, I have finally found The One. It leaves my hair smooth, easy to brush, no tangle, easy to use the straightners on, smells great, and I don’t need to use conditioner anymore, as the shampoo does all the work.

The package describes a 4-week treatment. It is very effective, you feel the progress from first use. You apply it on wet hair and leave for 2 min, then remove it with water. I was using for a long time commercial brands for this issue but didn't notice a change. I would recommend it for severe dandruff.

So far so good although is early as I used it for only a week my hair doesn’t have dandruff anymore , I think is a Shampoo that’s worth to try if you have a problem with dandruff, only problem is that the product original box was all broken when delivered . I will come back later for an update.

Not sure if it will heal my scalp issue but whilst I'm still using it 3rd week, the terrible scalp smell is gone. My hair still gets greasy very quickly, but at least doesn't smell which is what I was aiming for. Wonder if it comes back when I run out of it

I’v been using this product for a long time and it’s great! It took me years to find a right one for my type of hair and problems I was experiencing. I used have problems with itchy dry scalp and dandruff but not anymore! Expensive but worth it.

I bought this product for my friend as she said it is good for her dandruff. It was proven by her and I saw the result as well. No dandruff anymore and her scalp is much better compared to the first time she used this item.

I have tried many anti dandurf shampoos years ago and only when I have discovered thia one it never disapoints me since - whenever I start getting dandurf this treats it in several washes! Expensive, but definitely works!

I've been using this shampoo for many years and it always works - clear my dandruff after couple of washes. I've tried other anti-dandruff shampoos but this is the only one that works for me.

Good product, using nearly one week and I can notice the difference. However, it has arrived for me in bad conditions. The box was open and “old”, it seems like many people opened the box.
