What's not to like? Veuve Cliquot have made beautiful champagnes for years. If you have tried other non-vintage champagnes, from yellow label you can expect a softer slightly richer taste. This is due to the dominance of pinot noir grapes, whereas the fresher champagnes tend to be heavier on the chardonnay. There are a LOT of flavors an experienced wine maker might taste, but pear, lemon and brioche are probably among the most common and easy to discern. In terms of value for money, yellow label is certainly the best. If you have cash to burn you can take a look at the vintage offering, or la grand dame, which yes are better - but also a lot more expensive.

I ordered this foIr a friend's husband as a surprise congratulations gift. It was as expected it arrived well packed with a lovely gift card which I thought was a lovely touch. The quality was superb for the price I paid for it. I have tested this branfld before and I can tell you I was really pleased with the flavours a real light taste. I would not hesitate to order this again in the future.

Amazon.. my favourite all rounder champagne! ? If you start doing this on Subscribe and save at a great price and I will be buying every month ? !!! Divine.. ? there are more complex champagnes out there.. but Veuve Clicquot hits the right notes time and time again.. its heady, bubbly and intense and makes you feel just wonderful ? ?⭐⭐⭐

Lovely stuff. My preferred champagne. Not to be wasted on formal events when it is poured in advance, and served warm and flat. This is best drunk when horizontal, and must always be drunk when bone chilled, and is probably enhanced with soft fruit, like strawberries in season. You should drink this when you shouldn't be .....

IMHO the best champagne because, unlike the M&C rubbish (and a few others), this wine has not a hint of bitterness but is not sweet either. I am not sure how they make it soooo nice but, if you like fizz and have not tasted this before, buy a bottle and you will be pleasantly surprised!

The fantastic looking bottle arrived not only on time as mentioned by the seller, but was in perfect condition. I was just a joy to serve that great tasting champagne, a very reputable brand, to my very impressed guests... Thank you!PS: Please stock the Moet magnum as well...

good vfm but had difficulty with writing a message or find where there was a link to write a message from me to the recipient. only got sorted after the event and my cousin had to contact Amazon to ask who had sent it duh!!!!

Got my wife drunk enough to forget my failings as a husband and as father and as a human being to bring our "special night" forward 6 months. Would recommend to all other under-sexed failures of men to buy their wives.

A blend of 55% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier. It has a nose of white fruits and freshly baked bread and is fresh and balanced on the palate, making it the perfect partner for curry. Smiley face.

A firm favourite, prefer to many more expensive options and cheaper alternatives. No nasty acidity and plenty of bubbles, ideal for toasting at Christmas. Not quite sure why I’m giving stars for thickness.

Nice bottle and presentation and tastes like golden nectar its a great bottle and if you can find it in the shops at 35 pounds I would be surprised . There are cheaper but this looks and tastes the part

Arrived on time and in perfect condition. The box itself is really nice and given I bought this as a present - it's much more impressive not to mention made it much easier to wrap! No complaints!

Having bought this at £30 I have no qualms in saying that this was the most easy to drink out of a few I have already had the benefit to try (the other half seems to hog it all)

The boxes that the champagne came in were damaged. Delivered in time and good price though. I suppose you don't look at the box - but not ideal for giving as gifts.

A favourite champagne of ours, easy to drink and full of flavour. This is often on special offer at Amazon and is worth stocking up on when it is on offer.
