I'm normally a size 6 in most shoes, but had read a review that these come up a bit small, so I ordered size 6.5 and they fitted really well. Tried them out on my bike and found them to be very comfortable. I ride with flat pedals and they grip well, and the stiffness in the sole is a vast improvement on my usual pair of Vans for efficiency in pedaling. I also like the eco credentials of the materials used.

Great shoes, but presumably due to the option to mount a click system, the soles have a little less grip on flat MTB pedals than other models, such as AM Moab. As always with Vaude, very narrow model: my normal shoe size is 44.5 or 45, at Vaude I need 46.
