I have quite bad eczema and am prescribed Ungentum Merc cream, which is super thick and really hard to apply unless your skin is wet. For this reason I have been searching for a lighter cream that still keeps my eczema under control. I tried loads of different brands, from Nivia to E45 and found them all to be too light and my skin would dry out way too quickly after application. The E45 was especially disappointing as it is marketed at extra dry skin and eczema, but it was way too watery to be of any use. After trying the Intensive care advanced repair cream I even stopped getting my prescribed cream and now use this exclusively it's that good. It's thick,

My family have been using this for 4/5 years, it's a good moisturiser and well put together formula containing natural ingredients that helped my daughter who for many years had suffered with eczema and her skin is now totally clear. Recently I have found it harder to buy the Intensive Rescue Moisture Locking formula in high street chemists or Supermarkets. Vaseline has recently changed the formula (it's packaged with a white top and lid) which I refuse to buy, the new one is not easy to rub into the skin, it's a bit like using soft clay. I've bought 5 of these and will probably 5 more next week.

I have had eczema twice in 12 months on my legs and hands, so have used the various recommended emollients etc. Started using Vaseline intensive care and was surprised that it seemed to help clear up eczema within a few days. It is pleasant to put on too. I use Aproderm as a soap substitute. I put Vaseline on my hands daily and my legs once every few days. Good stuff, recommended. Just wish this was in a 500 ml pump like the Aproderm. The smaller Vaseline 200ml bottles are easier to handle than the 400ml. Keep the bottles upside down for ease of use though.

After trying different brands over time and non of them coming up to the marketing hype, I have finally found a cream that works! I have read other reviews stating that it does not absorb into their skin but personally I find that it does absorb well into my skin and makes a huge improvement. Only niggle is the price on Amazon, this is under £5.00 from Tesco where I bought it from yesterday. UPDATE...found this on offer in Sainsburys yesterday, 04/04/2017...and it was only £3.00 for the large one!

I bought this for my mother who was complaining of skin that felt dry from the inside if that makes sense. I have been using Vaseline Intensive care for years and I mean years. Its like giving your skin a drink of water. I have tried fancy creams costing £50(I kid you not!!) and although it was lovely cream It didn't do what this does and thats give my skin a thirst quenching drink..... I can't live without. This works and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

This cream is absolutely brilliant. During the lockdown I have developed eczema on the back of my hands.I went onto google looking for a cream recommended by dermatologists for eczema. This was one of them.It does exactly what it says. I really can’t believe how good it is. My eczema has cleared up completely. I have continued to use the cream everyday as a ‘backup ‘. Prior to using this product, my skin was starting to split and bleed. It’s an amazing product.

With the Coronavirus situation as it is, I have been washing my hands obsessively for many weeks, as a result of which my hands had started to look like dry autumn leaves and were red, cracked and sore. After only two or three applications at night of this excellent product my hands are pretty much back to normal - and it didn't sting at all (which I expected because my hands were cracked). Really cannot recommend this product enough.

I suffer each winter from exczema, particularly on my face and neck. It varies in intensity day to day, and, despite dozens of prescribed ointments, tablets and lotions, nothing so far helps with it better than this product. It does not clear it up completely, but it reduces the redness and itching to bearable levels. Is easy to apply and readily absorbed, and lasts for ages. If all else has failed you, this might be worth a try.

By far the best moisturiser out there. Micro jelly droplets of Vaseline seem to do what they’re there for, and that’s to lock in the moisture. I’ve always suffered from dry hands and skin, especially during the colder months. Tried Cetroben and other moisturisers, and stumbled across this after googling top 3. Recommended to my family, and would recommend to anyone else considering it. The pack of 3 is super good value.

Please bring back into the shops your moisture locking body lotion.Your new replacement lotion advanced repair with vaseline jelly is good enough for just greasing garden tools. I do not like it and takes an age to soak into the skin and thats after you've strained your hand squeasing it out. Why change an already excellent product? You have lost me on this new one and I feel utterly let down by you.

I wouldn't be without Vaseline intensive care lotion nothing else works as a moisturiser for me. Ive been using it for about 18 years I do agree with others mind you that its hard to squeeze out of the bottle and they have definitely changed the formula and it was much better the old way. I just haven't found anything else that works so will stick with Vaseline and for that reason give it five stars.

I love this body lotion as it is very simple. I have sensitive skin and an allergy to MI and it is hard to find products without this compound, even found in many so called natural and organic products! So am very happy that this body lotion doesn't have any ingredients that cause me problems. I have used it for many years it is a great moisturiser for dry skin.

Excellent for sensitive skin. Very subtle fragrance, totally unisex. Soaks in quickly, with no sticky residue. I used this when my hands were so dry the knuckles were split and bleeding. After three days of regular application - especially after washing hands - they were so much better. I recommend it for very dry skin and make sure I am never out of stock.

After getting out of the shower my skin tends to feel really dry so I bought this lotion to try and help stop that from happening. Its quite thick but when its warmed up by your body heat it glides over the skin really easily. I would recommend you apply it immediately after getting out of the shower. It takes a little bit to absorb into your skin though.

This product is amazing! i got a rash on my hands from all the hand washing whilst teaching during Covid-19. within the space of 2 days my rash had gone and my hands are super soft. This was with me applying a small amount of this 3 times a day. Since the rash has cleared up i probably use it once every other day and my hands have stayed nice and soft
