Took a bit of a gamble choosing the Vango Knoydart 300 as there does not seem to be anything in the way of detailed reviews info or pictures and not even anything on YouTube that i could find either.Really glad i did however as its a really nice tent, typical Vango high quality and very easy and quick to pitch.Has some nice features such as the ProTex® RS ripstop HH5000 flysheet, sturdy and robust Yunan alloy poles, the easy to use link-lok guyline runners and a tent bag that is actually plenty large enough for the product....It also features the Venturi Plus Vent System which sounds like the usual promo spiel but is a great feature, the tent has a unique extra cover over the roof area above the porch, this covers a mesh panel for lots of extra ventilation and a nice skylight view above if rolled back and great for cooking. All in all the Knoydart 300 is spot on, can't believe Vango have no promotional video on this tent, another lost sales opportunity!Read full review...

I had a Vango Equinox something or other from c1995 and I'd used that to death. Its a really practical shape cos you can store loads of gear in the porch and still gain access through one side door or the other. So I bought something similar if slightly smaller.Having said that, the Pulsar porch was plenty big enough for hiking with loads of space for storing gear. The inner tent is roomy unlike some other similar designs. You would get 3 people in it - if you were all friendly! Its a great compromise of living / sleeping size to pack size and weight and is good value for money.I took it to cumbria, where we spent the night under something resembling a tropical rain storm and stayed dry.Didn't test it in wind but the old Equinox was super and used the same TBS system and there is no reason to believe this would be any different.A super little tent.

Very lightweight yet strong tent. Quick to set up including tensioning. Stable in wind with reasonable ventilation. Handy points to clip the bedroom on, although a fiddle (and painful on the fingers) to undo. Plenty of space for two people and lots of room to store rucksacks.Highly recommended.

Great in every way except the clips attaching the inner compartment with the outer one - they are super hard to unclip! I had to use a metal spoon to help me. But is very compact and lightweight and tonnes of space inside.

I bought this for my son, who travelled to the north west of Scotland with it. Very impressed. The outer area allows for drying of kit, with the inner warm, well insulated and dry

Easy assembly, waterproof and stood up in the wind. The inside hangs away from the outer lining which greatly reduces the moisture inside the tent
