Uniross Hybrio batteries are excellent; I am so pleased with them that I am phasing out all other brands and now have sixteen of the 2100mAh AA-sized hybrios and eight of these 800mAh AAA-sized. These are all mainly used for high demand photographic applications and they have not let me down once.Hybrios use Ni-MH cells which are quick to charge and quick to power-cycle (which makes them ideal for modern flashguns).The hybrid technology means that they do not discharge quickly when not in use, and some tests show that with a full charge they can still have more than 75% of their power left after twelve months on a shelf!I strongly recommend moving to these batteries in favour of alkaline or inferior rechargeables - they are not just worth it in economic terms,

Bought these to try and replace my current batch of rechargeable batteries which I charge in bulk and then store until I need them. Usually this isn't very long but by the time I've got the batteries out, they're usually drained or completely dead.I've not had this issue with these batteries. Sure, they still use a bit of charge but they're way more reliable. I can charge these, bung them in the cupboard and know that when I need them in a couple of months time, they'll be ready to go.They are also long lasting when actually using them. I've got them all over the place in alarm clocks, digital camera's, remote control cars etc and they haven't let me down yet.

I have bought several of these now in different sizes and have to say Uniross have finally produced a useful replacement for "real" batteries. These can be kept charged for when you need them so it now actually makes sense to have spare rechargeable batteries, whereas before the spares became as flat as the one in use. There is a slight requirement to persuade these into place as they are slightly larger than ordinary batteries but they fit soon after persuasion.Just a quick note, do your research first to make sure you buy the higher rated rechargeables as the lower powered ones available cheaper don't run electronics for very long.

The main advantage of hybrio batteries over standard NiMH types, is their low self-drainage. Ordinary rechargables begin running down as soon as you take them out of the charger, wheras these keep their charge for weeks.I used 2 in my cordles phone, as the original batteries were beginning to drain very quickly. Now, my phone stays charged for days, even when I don't replace it on the base unit.They are also very good value at under a pound each. I can't comment on longevity yet, as I've only recently started using them, but at this price, even if they only last a year or two, I'll still be happy.

Not rating the product, as I only just received it. But I'm rating Media-R-Us, the supplier. I ordered on Tuesday night and asked for "standard delivery". I received the batteries (and charger, which I had also ordered) on Thursday morning. Smashing![I'm revisiting this review having now used the product. I'd give it 5 stars as well. My Panasonic telephone handsets work as new with these batteries. They are still going strong six months on. And I'm sorry if I offended Media-R-Us's competitors with the review above. But I am still delighted with the company's speed of service.]

I am very pleased with these batteries. They were a very good price for a good make of battery.I have purchased other makes of rechargeable batteries but found Uniross very reliable. Once fully charged they seem to last as long as any standard battery, and the advantage of recharging makes the price even better.I will be sticking with Uniross in future and would definitely recommend this product.

Don't be fooled by their lower mAh rating. They hold their charge better than higher rated batteries, so once charged they will still be useable a couple of months later, unlike most rechargeables. Because of their charge holding properties, you actually get more out of them than higher rated batteries if they are in a low drain appliance, or even a high drain appliance seeing moderate use.

These continue to be the best rechargeable batteries I have ever had. There are other rechargeable batteries out there which aren't as good - including a different type of Uniross rechargeable batteries provide (see my review of the "AAA" Uniross batteries), so time after time I continue to buy these as they *always* provide the best performance.

What can I say, they are long life batteries and they last a long time.They charge as they should and they work as they should.I use them in a Led Lenser torch and in my mouse and keyboardand have no issues with them discharging too quickly.THere you have it..good life, good product, good night!

I have a load of rechargeable batteries that I've accumulated over the years and they are all either quick to run down or take an age to charge. These guys charge in no time and hold the charge for ages. Used them in my bike light for a whole 3 months before needing to charge them - fantastic!

The title of this review says it all because with normal rechargeables I was getting very frustrated by their self-discharge over time. These Uniross batteries are well worth the investment if your digicam uses AAs. Have not used better batteries in a camera before.

Great rechargeable batteries, not the highest capacity ( but you can pay more for similar higher capacity) but they stay charged for months whereas the old style rechargeables went flat within a few days of charging even if not used. This must be my 3rd or 4th set.

Bought these back in November for our cordless Panasonic 'phone, as the originals had given up the ghost. After their initial charge, which I expected, they have performed perfectly. What more can I say? Recommended product and seller.

Purchased in May 2012 and have been used throughout that time. They are still going strong no problems. Have just bought anotherset I hope they are just as good. Never had any of these die on me yet unlike other brands.

I have been using Hybrio batteries for some time now and they have never let me down.They seem to keep their charge for very long time when not in use and a decent time when they are.I would definitely recommend them.
