These are the most fiddly confetti balloons I have ever come across. The quality of the confetti is poor and it was stuck together in clumps so had to spend time thinning out. The cardboard insert to get the confetti into the balloon is useless - I had to use a pencil to help push the confetti through. Something that should have taken me 5mins to blow up took almost and hour! Also the mess you make trying to fill these and when one bursts as the cardboard insert put a hole in the balloon - its just not worth the hassle. I will definitely be buying pre-filled in future.
