Several reviews comment on the size and capacity of the bag. First off its called extra small but I was suprised just how much you can get in it. External dimensions are approx 45cm length, 23cm wide, 25cm high. I can fit 2 full size bath towells, a pair of shoes, 2 tshirts, 2 shorts, swimming shorts and swimming goggles in a hard plastic case in the main compartment of the bag with ease. Plus you then have the side and end pockets for extra storage.If like me you travel a lot Its small size but spaciousness would make it ideal for stowing on overhead racks or even under seats on trains, and it takes up little space in a car boot.

I use this bag when I go bouldering, It perfectly holds Herman, my boulder bucket chalk bag, and two pairs of climbing shoes. This does require items to be placed in order but it works.The side pocket is perfect for throwing my phone keys and wallet in whilst I'm climbing the walls and the inside soft pocket for my watch, so it doesn't get scratched. I don't really use the shoe storage, but I have been tempted to get a second for short trips where a backpack isn't sufficient as it would be a good size for a 2-3day trip.There isn't anything terrible about this bag, however, it is small (which is what I was looking for) and the strap can't be adjusted, but as an average sized man,

Lovely quality bag, very impressed! At first I thought OMG it’s small but it does actually hold a lot of stuff. I get all my gym gear in here and it’s got loads of handy pockets to separate everything. There’s even an end pocket for your wet stuff, although this pocket would only fit a small sports towel or swimming costume, it definitely won’t fit trainers in it, they would have to go in the main body of the bag. Absolute steal at £15 in the lightening deal.

I worried this bag might be too small, but having read the positive reviews I decided to order it. It t is smaller than the bag it replaced, but actually everything fits in perfectly, and because of the clever pockets and zips it is much easier to find everything quickly. I went for the bright pink and, although I'm not particularly 'girlie', I love it. The bag also takes up less space in my closet at home. Great purchase.

Love love LOVE my new gym bag! Perfect sizing and Not too big and bulky. Shocked at how much I can get it.Side pocket I keep 4 bottles for showers/hair, after gym.Main compartment, I Can fit a large microfiber towel in. Trainer's, lounge suit to change into, gym pants/top/bra. And still have room for other bits.In the pics, this looks red, which put me off a little but it's more pink.Highly recommend!

The bag is described as small,but I can get a pair of trainers(size7) a large towel and hoodie top,tracksters and a change of socks,side pockets are ideal for other bits and bobs such as wallet and shower gel etc.This bag is perfect for me for leaving in baggage tents and gym halls when taking part in road and hill races,It would also do well as a cabin bag on flights too.Showerproof as well! Perfect.

Great bag, exactly what I was looking for. Perfect size for my needs. Before you buy check measurements as for many could be too small. For me it's ideal size. The colour is really pink, from the image seemed more on the red side but it's really nice anyway. Really happy.

I was expecting a bigger size in fact I don’t have any idea what I was receiving.But it still okay even though the sizes were not to my expectation.I use it for work shopping and traveling.It fits 2pair trainers and 2 pair jeans and tops and towel.

Great bag. Awesome size for the gym. Only issue is that when I am doing a brick run I cant fit my trainers and cycling shoes in the bag. I can handle that though so not disappointed

This bag is quite a bit smaller than expected. I'm size 5 shoe and my trainers barely fit in the shoe pocket. It is however very well made, just a shame it's so small.

An excellent bag for my gym kit consisting of 1 pair of shoes, shorts & tee shirt, small towel, shower towel plus odds and ends in some of the 5 pockets provided.

Great size for a locker and lots of room for clothes and a towel. Some handy pockets. Used it for several months now and I can't fault it. Love the colour too!

Small waterproof bag good for gym clothes shoes and a towel, so no good if you want to pack loads of kit. Fits nicely in the locker at my gym.
