I bought these for a muddy obstacle course race, and I don't regret it at all. They're snug, and very comfortable - no chafing at all, and the material does help wick away sweat. There's no fly, but that's actually a good thing, as it ensures a closer fit. I've machine washed them no problem, but I haven't tumble dried them, and as you need to tear out the label (it is perforated, so no worries there), I don't know if I can.If they were cheaper, I'd buy a pair for every day of the week. But the pricing is a slight issue - you get what you pay for, and these are good quality. As is, I'm not going to buy any more yet, but I'll certainly add them to the Christmas list.

Great product and a great fit. Has really transformed my running habits as now I can run as long as I like without worrying about *ahem* gentleman's problems. Most importantly (to me at least) these shorts grip the thighs really well so they stay in place without riding up, which I absolutely hate. But it's a soft grip so you don't feel overly constricted either. Best shorts of the type on the market in my opinion, well worth the investment!

As a new runner I quickly found I was having a problem with chafing. A quick scan through Amazon later and I found these. The quality of the shorts is excellent. Having not used compression garments before I can't really comment on the level of compression. They're a very snug fit and extremely comfortable. As for the chafing that has stopped immediately (thankfully). Would definitely recommend these shorts and will buy again in the future.

These fit very well and are comfortable - I measured them against my old pair from about 5years or so ago and they are the same around the waist just not quite as long (maybe an inch shorter). They are also slightly thinner but I expected that as the makeup of the fabric has changed. Ive worn them for a 50+ mile cycle under the padded shorts for warmth and compression and All in all they are very good.

Fantastic product for anyone wanting that extra bit of protection when at the gym or outside running. I bought these shorts to stop the chaffing of my rugby sized thighs and it worked a treat - no more soreness after a workout and continues to provide that protection without any loss in shape or strength.Highly recommend this to anyone with similar sort of problems, you will not be disappointed.

Had these a number of months now and they still are just as effective as the day I bought them! There is some visual wear around the waist band which was to be expected however they still a comfortable fit and the elastic has stayed strong. They always make me feel more comfortable and stronger during a workout or sporting activity!

Need these for sport due to hernia issue and they fit exactly as required for my size. Good quality and durable material but very comfortable still, so bought more in different colours. Remember to wash after use as they absord sweat away from the body but thats your issues not theirs!

Recently started walking to lose weight and as a consequence, suffered with chaffing to the inner thighs. The shorts have enabled me to carry on exercising despite the original abrasions not having cleared up. So far, an excellent product and a good price compared to other sources.

My first pair of compression wear. As a fatty I bought a large pair of mens as I knew womens would not fit. And despite being pants (not noticable) they fit really well. The only downside is the humugous label inside which scratches the he'll out of you

These are a little smaller than I was expecting but still the comfiest things I've run in by miles - not sure how I managed without compression shorts before now! I expect they will fit me better if I keep the running going.........

people said to get the next size up, I am normally a small but a medium still fits perfect and still tight as i have big thighs, good fitting will be wearing them to play 5 a side in and also maybe to the gym, would buy again.

I orderd these to wear when doing a Tough Mudder and was really impressed with how comfortable they were. Inwould highly recommend these as a base layer for doing sports, no twisting, rolling right up your legs and no wedgies

When you are doing yoga and pilates you don't want a) your personal bits falling out of your shorts and b) restriction in the groin area.These prevent both from happening.Good value and recommended.

Bought for my husband to replace the pair he wore three days a week for a year at the gym. Yes the got thin and stretched out a bit, but they were worn and washed over a hundred times in a year!

Genuinely really good quality running shorts, looks good feels good, they're actually a bit longer than expected but pleased with that. I'm 5ft 10 ordered medium comes down just above knee
