Best goggles I've ever used, but there are still a few things that I don't like about them.1) I have this problem with every pair of goggles, so it's not like a design flaw just with these. I'm bald, and when I dive in / push off the wall quickly the straps around my head catch passing water and try to twist down. I suspect that goggles with round rubber straps wouldn't have this problem, but then they'd try to roll down all of the time. Maybe a round strap with a flat spot on the back of your head would solve this? I don't know but it's very annoying for a bald person. When I had hair or when I wear a swim cap this is never an issue.2) The rubber for the nose bridge should be stiffer. It's the same material as for the side straps, but as there's only one strand it stretches much easier and sometimes lets water into the goggles. I know some people prefer a string, but I can never seem to get the string quite right so I still prefer the rubber.

I used to use swedes all the time until I noticed one day in the mirror I was developing permanent bags under my eyes. It wasn't because I was sleep deprived, but from my swedes causing bruises around my eye sockets. I switched to these and wish I had done it years ago. They fit and look the same but feel significantly more comfortable. The soft rubber or silicon around the edge of the sockets make a water tight seal and don't bruise or cut my eyes. They do scratch up easily, so take care not to throw them in the bottom of your equipment bag.The rubber straps do lose their stretch after about 6 months of daily use.I swim for my college, and these are the perfect training goggle.I would highly recommend them.

After about 2 years of pool, lake, and occasional beach use, the rubber in these are holding up surprisingly well (always rinse them in tap water). There's a large surface area where it contacts your face, so they don't need to be as tight. The Smoke color is dark enough to where people can't see your eyes, and works quite well in bright sun and not bad indoors/evening. Hands down, these are the best pair of goggles I've ever owned!

They work really well !I have a lot of trouble with leaking and have tried every make on the market - these are an upgrade from the Swedish in terms of being slightly softer round the eye socket - they’re also not particularly comfortable although if you keep adjusting to get them right they’re ok for a training session. I’m very pleased with them and the rings around the eyes are almost gonecas these fit closer to the eye rim.

I have used all kinds of goggles through my swim career. I was a little concerned about the price but I am pleasantly surprised by the quality and practicality of these goggles. They are very comfortable and you almost forget you have them on. The red lenses are very cool. They take a minute to adjust but once they are fitted they are awsome. No leaking problems so far. Swim on brothers and sisters.

I've been a fan of the TYR socket rockets for a long time. I grew up using sweds and this is a more comfortable replacement. The only downside I ever notice is that they can take in water from the top when I do butterfly or dive if I don't put them on just right. I go through about 2 of these a year - 1 for indoor season and 1 for outdoor.

I have two pairs of the same product with the clear lens and I got this to practice in the summer. The shading is necessary in the Southwest sun, and this product does not disappoint. The type of suction is a personal preference (discussed to great length in swimming circles) but this my favorite eye wear during outdoor summer training.

Not much to say, they work well. The small amount of padding make these the most comfortable Swedish goggles out there. Take the time to use the string rather than the rubber nose piece and they will be much more comfortable. Also, I would suggest ordering a bungee rather than the rubber strap since the goggles will outlast the strap.

Hadn't swam in a few years (former NCAA). Used to wear swedes, wanted to try something that I wouldn't have to build callouses on the bridge of my nose for (y'all know what I'm talking about.). No sharp edges, and they fit leak free! I suppose all faces are different, but these fit mine just fine. Will buy again.

Work great. I’m a beginner swimmer, so took some time to adjust straps. Still adjusting here & there. Sometimes my swim cap gets in the way, but once properly placed, work great. I swim in an outdoor pool before sunrise, so clear lense allow me to check my Garmin & confim my lap count. Highly recommend.

I love/hate Swedish goggles. Love that they are low profile and rarely get water in them but i hate that Swedish goggles feel like they are trying to suck your eyeballs out. these are the best of both worlds. they are nice and small, don't let water in and have some padding so that they feel comfortable

I love these goggles. Once they are adjusted they don't leak, they're comfortable through long workouts and they don't give me "racoon eyes". I've used Tyr Socket Rockets for years and been completely satisfied with the fit and comfort. Smoke is a great color choice, particularly for outdoor swimming.

I have tried almost every pair goggles on the market. These seem to be the only ones that fit me, mostly because they so customizable. Even after few years of using they refuse to leak. Of course I have a stash for when they finally do break down.

Great pair of goggles, but the nose strap breaks easily. You can't get around that with the type of material, but TYR will gladly send you replacements. Highly recommend this! It's lightweight and doesn't fog up unless you touch the inner lens.

Being a large man with a notched bridge I have difficulty finding comfortable goggles. These are the first truly comfortable goggles I've owned. If you have trouble getting a good fit I recommend trying these. I got a second pair as a backup.
