bought these to try to simulate a tubeless 650b wheel/tire, I was running tubeless with Compass/RH 650bx42 EL tires with Stans sealant. That worked well, but I left sealant in too long, about 11 months. Sealant had dried onto carcass and was hard to remove, very little liquid left to seal a flat. That particular tire carcass is porous which accelerates sealant drying. The Tubolito tubes seem like a good alternative to sealant, slightly heavier than the liquid, and 20% lighter than even Schwalbes SV-14A lightweight butyl tube. I've only ridden them about 50 miles, so no long term results yet. They seem to feel stiffer than a butyl tube or tubeless, I'm experimenting with less tire pressure to get it more comfortable. For now, I'll say these are expensive for an inner tube even at this websites low price, they also don't ride as comfortable at the same pressure, but they are lightweight and well made.

I ruined the first one of these that I got by over-inflating it before inserting it into the tire. This caused it to bulge like a balloon animal. Fortunately, Tubolito’s customer service is fantastic. They quickly responded to my email and sent me another for free. The lesson here is don’t inflate the tube before putting it in the tire. If you must put some air in it, do so minimally. Aside from that mishap, the tube is so small and lightweight that it frees up a lot of space in my saddlebag or I can carry it on my person practically unnoticed. I had a chance to use the tube on my gravel bike during a ride and it was perfect. Installation was simple and I rode for another couple hours without a flat. The ride felt the same as when I’m tubeless. I wish they were cheaper but I assume there’s a good reason for that. In spite of the expense, I’m going to slowly convert to these tubes.

Contrary to some postings that complain of air loss, my experience is generally positive: After a breakdown with my tubeless coat I switched to the turbolito. The previously necessary removal of the hardened sealant milk resulted in a lump that has surpassed the weight of the tube safely! That was a real surprise for me! In the case of the hose I was unable to detect any loss of air (observation period: 3 weeks). Conclusion - tubeless OK - but before a new season out and refill sealant OR use turbolito.

So they are very thin and very light. So tick there as that’s the main reason your here looking at them! Not cheap and you have to buy specific repair patches. Used them for about 2 months. Made a world of difference to the weight in the tyres. Bad side- they are losing air....probably need topping up every couple of weeks, so it’s not a puncture. And it’s both tyres. So pay your money, make your choice. If you need very light inner tubes then these are worth a try.

Bought to take in a repair kit, so not tested. Advantage in weight and in the little space that this chamber takes up in the repair kit. Question on the solidity of the valve and during an emergency handling at the side of the road. But we must admit that it is 2 to 3 times less heavy than a normal room. Received with damaged packaging, could be better protected ... Price a bit high.

This is a great tube for those of us that do not like the tubeless goo. I can run low pressures (25-29 psi.) The weight is comparable to a full load of goo. I have not gotten a flat in the 6 months I have been running them. I live in S. California and ride lots of rock gardens. I am also about #200.

What I like the most is the folded size, it doesn't take up anything !! I have not tested it but it has this butyl material, it is much more resistant than conventional cameras. It is expensive but it is worth at least to take reserve, if you take tubeless.

Not like any other inner tube I have come across, you can tell the difference straight out of the packaging both in quality and looks. Bought to carry on the bike due to reduced size and weight, and I hope to never have to use it.

It is small and light, I have not yet put it on the wheel, the use that I am going to give it is emergency in case of a puncture and then at home to change it again to always have it for that function.

Very light and compact, the tubolite is an excellent alternative to conventional systems. It allows you to remove weight on the wheels, which makes a lot of difference.

Resistant and lightweight which suits our needs perfectly with the rigorous demands of a 15 year old mtb biker!

These cameras are worth paying more for when considering their high quality and super light weight.

Good option for emergency . Not for long ride use. Excellent weight for carrying in the backpack .

Light and small. Haven't had to use it yet. It's backup for when tubeless fails or a cut sidewall.

Excellent product, I install them to roll, less weight less ballast and more reach.
