This is very much a personal thing here. I ride a trike due to health reasons. I live way up in the mountains. My trike had an American one piece crank with a 6 speed hub on the back which made the terraine hell to cycle around. Now I have a full range 18 gears from crawler to losing my hat again. Take my word for it. going down these mountains on three /two wheels is good for the cholesteral and bowels .

Wasn't too sure about this gadget, but once fitted the right way round? It worked perfectly well. Fitting diagram would help, but a quality made product. A must to convert from one piece crank to three piece cranks. Very good. . Wezzer 67.
