If you want to build one of the Essex Class carriers in 1/700 scale, this is really the perfect kit for doing it. Comes with FIVE different types of aircraft with 12 of each (F6F Hellcat, SBD Dauntless, TBM Avenger, SB2C Helldiver and F4U Corsair) and a highly detailed kit. Only drawback is lack of gun shields for the Oerlikon 20mm guns and Bofors 40mm guns, so aftermarket purchases may be required.
