Compared to (say) Revell kits the plastic has a somewhat cheap feel to it but nevertheless is fairly well detailed and fits together OK. The kit uses band type tracks - which is OK by me but may disappoint those of you who love spending hours putting track links together. The instructions say that model glue and paint will work on them - in my experience glue doesn't - and the paint will only stick once you have got them in a permanent position. Another issue - if like me you want to make Tiger 131 - is placement of the spare track links. The model has them on the sides of the turret - no photos of Tiger 131 that I've seen have them there - so a bit of modelling skill is required to place them at the front.

Model was slightly damaged in box , you are lucky I can fix things easily or this review would be a lot worse , the box if you can even call it that was completely squashed , it was only put in a shoddy paper bag with no protection
