I have only driven a road helmet earlier but would now try a helmet that gave better protection to the neck and sides. My initial feeling when I unpacked it was that it was too big (appearance). I have now used it under 4 st further training session and I am very pleased with my purchase. It's comfortable, sitting still on the head and despite its size, the ventilation is good. Difficult to say something about the quality after such short-term ownership but designally, the feeling is good. The only negative I can get is that the screen can not get further down. Would have liked to have it down one centimeter to. However, it is not something that draws down the grade.

This helmet is flawless, and I can’t think of any way to improve it. I bought this helmet to replace a Bern Brentwood helmet that would reliable give me a crushing headache 15 minutes into a ride. This helmet has never given me a headache, even at the 3-4 hour mark. This is by far the most comfortable helmet that I have ever used. The airflow is exceptional, which is critical in humid100-degree weather. It’s so light that I sometimes forget that I am wearing a helmet. The adjustable visor is great, and in its lowest position does an excellent job of cutting glare and keeping the sun out of my eyes. While the price is steep, this is undoubtedly worth every penny.

After researching for a new helmet with MIPS technology I decided to try this one and I absolutely love it. I don't mountain bike, but ride on average of 3000 miles a summer. Was looking for better protection and fit. This helmet satisfied both. It is superior to my past helmets quality and is lightweight. One of my biggest problems was always dealing with a headache every time I ride. I've not had one since using this helmet! It's lightweight, has great airflow and fits great! Pricey, but I'm overall very happy with it. I wear a 6 1/2 hat and the small is perfect (offers a good amount of adjustment also).

Great helmet, looks great, keeps me pretty cool in the summer heat while riding.....the bad thing about this helmet is how cheap the cushioned lining is. It’s literally fell apart and separated to the point I had to have TLD send a new one to me. For the price of this helmet, they should come with a couple liners. It’s absolutely redic that was not the case. Everything else is good but as I’m realizing.....you can get any MIPS helmet that looks as good for much cheaper.

I just used this on a 30-mile MTB race and I am so glad that I upgraded. Extremely comfortable with lots of adjustment points for the perfect fit. Airflow is amazing as my head never got sweaty. On top of that, the helmet looks awesome, especially when the included fearing is removed. The price of the helmet is a bit steep, but you are getting the latest technology in brain protection with the MIPS system. Includes a nice mesh carrying bag and an assortment of stickers.

I love this helmet. I used to have a troxel helmet by Troy Lee designs that fit me great and saved my life in a bad crash. Unfortunately the helmet cracked and I could not find another one till this helmet came up. I tried other helmets but they never fit my head well and seemed to sit too high up like a biscuit on top of my head. The Troy Lee helmet is a little pricey but worth every penny for the fit, the look, and the security that my brain is in a safe place.

Bought this helmet for my new mtn bike I got. It comes with a cool bag that was unexpected. Helmet fit perfectly. Had to figure out the perfect adjustment but once I got it, it was flawless. Took it out finally to test it out, it is study, very comfortable and seems to protect all aspects of my head. It even provided me ability to use my sunglasses with the helmet without it being uncomfortable. Highly recommended brand and helmet.

I like this helmet. I had a blue one and gave to son. Then bought another. The only complaint I have is as other mentioned. Sweat seems to build up in the front. I sweat and when I tip my head down it pours. You get used to it. I don’t have a fix. Not a deal breaker as I bought it again despite this minor inconvenience.

If the price doesn't scare you off this helmet will not disappoint! This is literally the most comfortable bike helmet I've ever worn. Heads come in all shapes and sizes, but I'd imagine you'd be as happy as I am with mine....now going to test its concussion prevention abilities, will add more details after the fall...

It is the most comfortable MIPS helmet I've worn. Feels snug and secure on my head and doesn't wobble despite bobbing and weaving through forest trails. Only drawback as with all MIPS helmets is the reduced airflow due to the larger head surface coverage so you'll sweat a bit more but the added protection is worth it.

Excellent helmet, but the small is pretty small. I wear a medium/large in a Fly helmet and I have it on the last click in the back for it to be nice a snug, couldn’t definitely wear a small in Fly, but the small TLD wouldn’t even come close to fitting in my head. Just a FYI

+ very good fit + Security + Optics - heavy, weight is real approx. 395gr. at M / L - Opening the belt is very difficult. - Retaining plastic with rotary knob at the back is not in the middle. Assembly error! Because of the mistake, the helmet went back.

I don't love the crazy high price for one of these to the point that I feel like I could never tell my wife, friends, or family what I paid for my bike helmet but.... it is really awesome ... aesthetically, very comfortable to wear, and very well made.

Unexpected color vs. what is pictured. This helmet is a very, very dark navy and florescent orange. It looks more black and orange than a purple-ish blue. Was disappointed at first, but it is the protection part that will matter most, of course.

Just a great quality product! Great fit. Great transaction as always with Amazon. Well worth the extra money for a top quality product. Cool when riding. Adjustable for a perfect fit! And of course a great design from Troy Lee co. Thanks!
