This kennel comes with just nine parts to assemble. Very straightforward, the only tool you will need is a Phillips head screwdriver - and if you have a power screwdriver expect to complete assembly in under 10 minutes.You simply bolt the side walls to the ends (2 bolts per join, holes are already predrilled, tighten nuts by holding them in your finger and use screwdriver on bolt. Drop in floor (two sections, not a perfect fit in my sample, but close enough) and then screw on roof through marked holes in felt - make sure you get it the right way around as it sits on lugs and projects more at front than at the back (it should fit "right").

Love this item, painted it dark brown and it sits in pride of place in my garden, sadly the dog isn't interested but that's not the products fault, our little one is a fussy thing. He has been in it after being sent outside for peeing on the carpet (needed time to clear the mess up), we found him sitting in there sulking. Of course its not going to be a work of art for the money but it does seem quite sturdy and the roof is nice. We had it assembled in no time (well my other half did) and the only problem was the new puppy got the paint brush and drew a nice pattern on our patio. Thank goodness for the jet wash.

This actually exceeded my expectations. I got it for a happy place for inside. It would be fine for outside three season weather (uninsulated and -30C here no good for winter.) Its bigger than I expected and very sturdy. I might like it more than the puppy but I'm sure it will grow on him too. Very strong smell of fresh wood I'm hoping airs out a bit.

The measurements given are external, including eaves, so a little bit smaller internally. We have a border-collie X, a bit larger than standard, but she loves her new kennel.Easy to assemble and keeps the elements at bay.

A few pieces had minor cracks due to shipping, but they were cosmetic and did not affect the functionality of the dog house. Went together easily and is well constructed.

Screws going through the felt roof is a bit silly. I just put silicone over them. Also the centre join of the roof would leak I'd suspect if you didn't use a sealant.

Brilliant kennel, lovely finish. Delivered when said and easily put together, adjustable feet great for my garden. My puppy loves it!

Well made and looks good, easy to put together . I use it as a garage for my lawn mower! Had to remove the front but wash done

The cap on the roof was split, but the box is still very nice.
