Got this having bought and returned another hideous cat tree. Have nailed it to a wall so it's much less intrusive than other products and takes up less space. Not a beautiful item but no worse than other cat scratchers. Someone should make something more aesthetically pleasing without straying into the 'designer' cat scratcher end of the market with the exorbitant prices.Unfortunately our cat has already taken to using the sofa so trying to retrain him to use this. We just swivel him round and he happily continues.

My cat is a Serengeti house cat. So male, half bengal, half oriental short hair. So you can imagine the absolutely boundless energy my little dude has. Bought these in the hopes of minimising carpet damage, as the feliway scent spray didn't seem to work on him. He absolutely loves his scratchy post! And it has definitely reduced the carpet destruction, as he knows to go to the posts now instead (initially with the encouragement of dreamies hidden on the top)

It's really hard to find scratching boards that fix to the wall (as opposed to hanging on a hook, which is pointless because they're not rigid, or lying on the floor). This one is exactly right and my 3 cats took to it at once, transferring their attention from the nearby armchair. Please keep them in stock! The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that it arrived in a massive box, when it could have been posted through the door in a jiffy bag.

This was bought to replace a very old scratching board which my cat liked to use flat on the floor at the bottom of my stairs. This one is flimsier and narrower than the last one but as soon as it went down my cat started to use it so if she likes it I am happy. Not sure if it will last as long as the old one but it is a reasonable price so can be replaced if necessary.

These are amazing. My 2 cats have been scratching my wall to pieces. I ordered 3 of these to cover the wall and around the corner. They love them. Especially the cat nip. Seem well made so will hopefully last quite a while and they arrived within 2 days

Have purchased two and my cats love them. Unlike a normal cat post these are up on the wall out of the way. My three cars have now stopped scratching my coconut baskets and have vigorously turned their attention to these boards.

Came in LOADS of packaging, good lord. The quality is good enough, but my cat seems to prefer the very cheap cardboard cat scratchers more. I think it's hit and miss, as it is with most things to do with cats :P

Excellent product. Proper sisal scratch board. Instead of hanging it I stuck blue-tack to the back of it and lay it flat on my wooded floor, covered it in the catnip provided, my cats can't get enough of it.

Both myself and the cats are very pleased with these scratching posts .I placed them on the end of the garden shed the cats use them all the time and no more worries about my furniture .

This is really good. For anyone that has a larger cat or just anyone that finds cat trees not sturdy enough get this, lifesaver for me has stopped my cat scratching the sofa. ??

My cats love this . And i have fixed it to a place they like sharpening their claws so it keeps things safe. Well made and solid so it should last ages.
