A really good cycling simulator, far better than the app equivalent. The Tour de France mode is great for picking your favourite team and trying to win whichever Jersey you choose (mountain/points/overall/young rider) and you can play from just one stage to all 21. The stages are long and generally take between 30 to fourth minutes except the time trial stage which is only about ten. While most riders have slightly wrong names (rights) it's easy to know who's who and you can change as many names as you like. I corrected the whole sky team ,all the main sprinters (cab, kittel, Sagan etc) and the main riders such as Quintana, nibali and contact and that was enough for me.The Pro Team mode is the equivalent to a career mode on FIFA or other sports games.You name your team and choose you kit and then start with a team of very low ability riders. You play through seven pre chosen stages (these change each season and you can add more but the rewards for each stage decrease the more stages you add) with targets for the whole tour (finish in top 40 for yellow jersey/top 15 for green etc) and then individual targets for each stage (come in top 25). All the targets give you money which you save up during the season, as well as sponsor money. At the end of of the season you're shown which riders your reputation is big enough for you to sign (depending on your level) and you can spend your money on new riders. Gradually you can improve your team, choosing if you want to focus round a sprinter or climber or try to win the whole tour!Actual game play throughout stages is very tactical. You choose gear ratio, pedal speed, how much to relay at the front, when to attack, when to feed, and when to launch the final sprint! You can issue instructions to your teammates (relay, attack, follow attacks,carte blanche, finish at stroll, feed) and switch to any teammate. This means if a teammate was told to follow attacks and gets in a breakaway you capsule switch to him and tell the rest of the team to disrupt relays to slow the peloton.If you are a keen cycling fan and enjoy complicated video games then this is brilliant but if you want a casual game and you aren't particularly interested in cycling don't get this.

Much inproved from the last few years of the game.I like the idea of creating and building up your own team.Only question is, if this is the official Tour de France game, then why are so many riders names not official? That is the only downside, although if you can be bothered then you can change all of the names...

good game as usual with much improved AI's which make the game much harder. I like the new tour mode but don't like how it is always set in 2014 and how when you buy a rider they remain still at the same team so therefore there are two of them in the tour otherwise a good game

Good Cycling Simulation, Best so Far, The Pro Tour mode could have been alot more in depth though
