This is my first recovery product and to be honest I was not at all sure it would work but went on the recommendation of a coach. Now I'm not sold on the taste at all (but it was super cheap) but I have to admit the next day after a really tough ride/session in the gym etc I have found I feel less aches and pains. So in my opinion this recovery drink for me does seem to work pretty good. (and I've grown to like the taste)
