I have had a serious issue within a couple of rides on two of these pumps, both of which I’ve had to return with the identical problem. When carried on the frame mount, when riding in wet and mucky conditions, after a couple of rides moisture and grit have penetrated into the pump barrel and caused it to completely seize. Lovely design but I have found it completely unusable for winter riding.

Mechanism seized after being wet. Not much use for an MTB or indeed any bike used outdoors.No response from seller. Amazon refund.
