My son loves toys that spin and shape sorters so this was a no brainer. He began playing with this at 11 months and we could only take it out if we were happy to sit alongside him to help him. The shapes must be placed on an angle and to press down on the top for the spin-pop function it takes more force than a baby has (our four year old niece struggled on the first few tries). Still, he LOVES it and now two months later he can get three of the five shapes in with a bit of luck and concentration.

I bought this for my twin grandsons’ first birthday. They absolutely love it. It’s one of those toys that little ones can grow into. First of all they just liked us to set it off for them but they are steadily improving their dexterity with the shape sorting and are beginning to grasp that each shape goes with its matching colour. It’s also very sturdy. It’s been dropped on its head no end of times but still works perfectly.

A fantastic purchase! Bought for my two year old for his birthday, although my older two (4 and 7) have loved playing with it and I’m sure a younger baby would too.The chunky shapes are the perfect size for little hands and the colour co-ordination makes it easier for younger children to match them to where they need to be!Overall a fab little toy; I highly recommend :)

Bought for 1 year old’s birthday. 2 1/2 year old was able to easily add the pieces and push the alien down for the ufo to spin round and pieces pop out again. 1 year old then understood the concept and started trying to get the pieces in. Perhaps a bit too advanced for 1 y o at the moment but he’ll get good use out of it this year and loves it.

Such value for money. No need for batteries, which is my favourite thing about this! My little boy is a year old and he loves it, the shapes are perfect hand size and he is able to fit some of the shapes without help and push the top down to make them fly out.Perfect for any age child. Really is well made, great colours and lots of fun.

Bought for my granddaughter on her 1st birthday, she loved it and so did her 4 year old brother showing her how to load the shapes. They particularly loved it when the shapes came flying out. Educational and fun, I'd definitely recommend it.

Great product. However I'm with prime and it still didn't arrive in time. Only arrived today and needed the present for a friend's birthday party the day before. So had to buy something else instead. However my little girl loves it.

My one year old grandson loves this. The first time he used it he was scared when everything popped out but now loves to press the top and watch the octopus leap up and scatter the shapes.

I bought this for my (then) 17 month old grandson, who is into spinning things. He LOVES this! The pieces are rarely with the saucer though, as he just likes to spin and spin and spin it.

Baby is fascinated in it. My four year old loves setting it up for her and enjoys playing with it too. Really bright colours and made of really good sturdy plastic. Has a quality feel

An early Xmas present that has entertained and earned it's worth already. A great and entertaining toy for one child but even better when two of them are competing!

The children I work with love this but when it pops out the shapes they do fly off everywhere so can be easily lost in a pre school environment .

Good toy. My son is 1, so not old enough to push the spinner down in the middle but loves trying to sort the shapes and when the shapes spin out!

Toddler loves this toy and got great use out of it between the age of 18months until 3. Excellent for motor skills, learning colours and shapes.
