I agree with the previous review the ball is good quality and the hand pump looks like it may work but I didn't use it because the valve supplied would not fit. I ended up using a foot pump and one of the valves that was supplied with it - it took quite a long time to get the ball to 65cm.

This is very good and it just as it describes ... good for exercise. However my first order of this got stolen in the post! But amazon were very efficient and quickly sent out a new one!

Use this as an office chair and it is perfect. Happy I researched the sizes and this is the small one to suit me at 5 foot 2.

It is exactly what it says in the description. Just the size i needed to do the training with. Good quality.
