Bought this for my 5 year old grandson who is fascinated by any type of creepy crawlie. Having the binoculars on the top of thebox is very clever and cuts out the need for a magnifying glass and a jar. He kept some woodlice with their bedding of soil, old leavesand tree bark in the box and he was a very happy wee lad as he was able to watch the bugs doing what they do. Kept the box moistas he told me that's what woodlice like, and we kept them for 5 days before releasing them. Would recommend for any wee ones (andtheir parents) to enjoy bug watching.

Great for my 3 and 5 year olds - nice and portable and the top fits securely on so there is little chance of any escapees. The tweezers are not particularly useful, and little hands don't quite have the 'feather touch' required to pick up the bugs with these without causing catastrophic injury. But overall a good quality product for a good price

These are so ace! I bought them for a bug hunt birthday party, and the kids went absolutely crackers for them! There are some very expensive bug hunt kits around, but these are just as good but a good deal cheaper. I liked that they had hooks for the tweezers, and the binoculars were a nice touch. Really impressed

What a great idea. Got for my 4 year old and he loves it.. Perfect size to take to the park with us for our Bug Hunts and perfect also to take to then beach when we go rock pooling and it is water tight to be able to put sea creatures in. And great price

These seem perfect for my 6 year old to look at wildlife. I don’t know how durable this will be as he has only used in once, but it seems well made and the magnification is fine for young beginners. Handy carry case format and a great price.

Great for kids! Bought this for my three kids, ages from 5-10 years old. They have all had such fun playing with it and discovering new bugs in the woods with their friends. I’d just be careful it downs he dropped to many times!

Brought for my son whos started capturing creepy crawlies...it arrived next day (Prime)...have not used yet but looks very good, sturdy, good size but also lightweight. Value for money...he cant wait to start using it (I can ?)

Value for money here. We have yet to test them out with real bugs though due to it being mid-winter. They do amplify to some extent. I bought them for a 6 & a 4 year old. Maybe better for the younger ages (5 & under).

I bought this for an early years centre. Not sure how long it will last because the hinge does feel as if it could break easy. However, fantastic for small children as they can use both eyes to inspect insects

My 4 year old loves this. He uses it everyday collecting bugs and sticks. It’s very durable, he’s dropped it several times and so far has been fine. The magnifying glass on it is really good.

Bought as a birthday present for my 5yr old neice. She loves exploring outside & finding bugs so this was perfect for her. She can take it on trips to the park as its not too big. Thank you

Sturdy, simple, decent magnification. You can put water in the tank for viewing crabs, tadpoles etc, or leave it dry for beetles and other land bugs. My daughter was delighted.

Bought this for my niece's aged 4 and 2years old and they love it! Keeps them entertained out in the garden. Two pairs of tweezers means it is ideal for sharing.
