I have two Tile Sports - one on my keyring, and one on the outside of my rucksack.It looks good and is easy to use - on the Tile Sport there is a single button, which you can press to do a 'reverse find' of your mobile phone (Android and iOS) or to stop the Tile Sport from making a noise (which is initiated when you indicate that you have lost your Tile.The reverse find of the phone is where you press the Tile Sport button to make your phone ring. The phone will ring if it is within Bluetooth range of the Tile Sport - I have found this useful when I've dropped my phone in the car (under the car seat so I didn't find it when I first looked)and when my 2 young children have taken my phone to watch videos and have then left it somewhere around the house!I've had the Tile Sport on my keyring for about a year now and haven't tried to take care of it, so I am happy to say that it still looks like new, with no scratches or paint being rubbed off.The Tile Sport on my rucksack has been exposed to all weather (direct sunlight, rain, snow and wind) and still looks and functions as new.I haven't actually lost any of my items yet, so haven't had to try the 'lost' feature, however; the app sometimes gives false positives by saying that the Tile Sport has moved from its last known position and has been found by a member of the Tile community. In fact, it was with me all along, but it is nice to know that it has been found and reported.The Tile app has also told me that I have found a couple of other people's tiles, so it's nice to know that I might have passively helped people, just by having my phone on me.After 1 year, I got a notification on my phone to say that the battery in the Tile Sport needs to be replaced. They offer a 'special discount' but this is actually the same price as on Amazon...The Tile app is good - very easy to use.I am very happy with the Tile Sport (also the Tile Slim, which I have in my wallet) and would recommend it. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to change the battery, as buying replacement Tile devices each year is expensive..

I have two Tiles now, this one and the slim one, for my keys and wallet respectively. They are great. Soon after buying these I had a real life situation where I go home and realised I'd lost my keys. Checking the app showed that they were at the gym. I drove back to the gym but didn't know exactly where they were in the building. From my phone I activated the sound, and then I followed the tune to exactly where they were. Brilliant. It looks cool and is a good keyring replacement. The app is intuitive. The sound it makes is loud enough and you can even press the button on the Tile to make your phone ring, if you lost your phone. The phone will make the sound even if it's on silent.Genius.A point to note however is that it isn't GPS. It works by connecting with your phone on Bluetooth constantly. Then, if the Tile is out of reach from the phone, it'll remember the last place it was connected to it and mark it on the map. That will be where you and your keys for example, parted ways. Then, when you're in range again, it'll connect back to bluetooth and that's when you can ring the tune on the Tile so you van hear exactly where it is.The problem with this is that if someone takes your keys, or whatever it's attached to, from that location, it's useless. You'd have to, by luck, be near the thief or helpful person to be able to reconnect and ring the tune. It also means you ALWAYS need the Tile app on in the background to maintain the connection, and your bluetooth needs to always be on which can drain battery. In that way it's not like 'find my iPhone', which will help you track the location live.All in all I recommend this product. Get the Slim version for your wallet, and this for anything else. Just be aware of it's limitations and make sure you have a good use case.

The tile sport is a great product if you are constantly losing stuff like your keys or where your car is parked. The range to find the tile is great at 200 ft and if another tile user walks past it will update you with your tiles location if you aren't in range. The speakers are pretty load when you ring it and it is also useful if you have the tile but you have lost your phone as you can press the button to ring your phone.The major downside is that the battery can't be replaced without completely demolishing your tile essentially forcing you to buy a new one when the battery dies. This is a sacrifice to make the tile waterproof however is a bit of a pain as it is much cheaper to get a new battery than a new tile.This is fixed in the newer tile models though as most of them have replaceable batteries however due to this the newer models are less water resistant. If you can get this model considerably cheaper though or you need it to be waterproof it is definitely a good buy.Overall I can definitely recommend the tile sport however if you don't need it to be waterproof and can't get this cheaper I would strongly recommend getting a newer model with a replaceable battery.Pros:- Easy to set up- Great for finding lost items- Long Range- Loud Speaker- Waterproof- Can ring your phone even if its on silent- If another tile user walks past it and your out of range it will tell you the location of your tileCons:- Battery can't be replaced- Forced to buy a new tile when the battery runs flat

Having lost a set of keys recently (over £150 to replace each car key!), I decided to purchase a bluetooth tracker. I purchased a Xupo originally but was really disappointed with its range - it lost connectivity in the next room! I then purchased a Tile Sport and it is so much better. It maintains connectivity throughout the house and the build and design quality is far superior. The cost of losing anything this would be attached too (apart from the wife!) far outweighs the cost of purchasing this so I consider it money well spent. Customer support also seems good - prompt response to an email query.Only 4 stars for two reasons.Although the battery should last for a year,it can't be recharged or replaced so you have to purchase another Tile - albeit at a reduced cost. Seems a bit of a waste.Finding an item after you've lost it is great but it would be a great improvement if this had a proximity alert (eg, it alerted you when you were about to lose something!). However, with the short range and unpredictability of Bluetooth connections I can see that this could cause numerous false alerts and technically this would be difficult to reliably implement.

This Bluetooth tracker is restricted by Bluetooth range but I must say the working distance is best I have seen for any Bluetooth device. I left my keys in my office and walked away, over 30 metres and through three sets of swing doors it still held contact. On a flight with the tile tie wrapped inside the suitcase the tile app said my luggage was not on the flight. (KLM). Sure enough at the carousel no luggage, however, forewarned by the tile app I went quickly to lost luggage and filled out the claim. They told me my luggage was in Schiphol and would arrive next day. Behind me in the queue were 15 people, at ten minutes per person that’s a long wait avoided.Battery drain was unnoticeable for me and I now leave Bluetooth on permanently. Around three months on my keys and wear is slight (see photos). Very tough well made device.

Our cats have these on. While not great range wise they are better than the old ones and are really durable. When the battery runs out i will be buying the ones that allow you to replace the battery as these don’t.The cats don’t seem to mind, doesn’t get in the way of them eating or getting in or out of the cat flap. Our cats have had these on and off for years and luckily have never checked their collars. The range isn’t good but I think it’s better than nothing if we had to go find our cat. We’ve had a few go missing in the past. Luckily not in a while but rest assured it’s peace of mind and better than not having anything. The gps trackers are all rubbish and need charging every 5 mins,these at least last a while.

This is a very helpful product that I got after losing my last set of keys. It’s helped me find my keys twice now.I would have given it 5 stars but there’s 1 issue that BUGS me so much.I usually have my keys in an inside pocket in my blazer. And I just hate how sensitive it is, there’s been multiple times where I sit down or stand up and my phones starts ringing and EVERYONE stares at me. Even worst with the weird, kiddy ringtone. I wish you could change it to a normal ringtone you have on your phone.Recommend: yes

This is my first time and I am very impressed. I have it in my non-GPS equipped drone to give me a chance of finding it if I have a dreaded fly away. So far I have tested it by ‘hiding’ it in long grass a few hundred metres away from my phone, then walking in the general direction of where I knew it to be until the phone detected it (about 80 metres away in open country side) then ringing the tile to pin point it. My only negative is the one year battery life and therefore having to buy a new tile every year.

If you're forgetful like me and put your keys down somehwere and can't remember where, then this little gadget is a lifesaver!It syncs up with your mobile device through Bluetooth and if you lose them then you can ring them from the app. Similarly, if you've got your keys but have misplaced your phone, then a double tap of the button on the keyfob rings your phone.Battery lasts about a year and you get an email with a reduced rate offer to replace it around the right time.All in all a brilliant product.

I'm always losing things, keys and wallet mainly. Not like properly losing things but just around the house of leaving them in my car/work bag. This tile has been a life saver, knowing i can just pull out my phone and a sound will tell me where my keys are, or if they are even within bluetooth distance. If they aren't a graphic shows up on a map where they were last within that bluetooth distance. I have the tile slim in my wallet now and i couldn't imagine life without tile!You won't regret this purchase.

I brought this on Prime Day and don't regret it one bit.The tracking feature is great, you can track it from your phone (that must have location services turned on) from any distance. It has a good range for the Bluetooth ringing and the volume it rings at is enough to be able to hear it from a couple of rooms away if the house is quiet. I have it attached to keys that I'm forever misplacing, I've found it to be a real help being able to call them from my phone and visa-versa.

so i bought this, as i can never remember where i have parked my car (i have a busy life). When this tile works, i can track my car down within seconds.. unfortunately it doesnt always update the location and leaves the last "known" location of my car at my home address. Either way it is worth the money and has saved me on some occasion and left me up the creek without out a paddle on other occasions. Would i buy again, YES! works perfect 70% of the time

Love the product and the idea behind it! I always misplace either my phone or my keys!BUT the elephant in the room is that you have to keep the app constantly running in the background on your device for it to work. I sometimes close them all and forget to leave TILE open. This is a fault but not enough for me not to use it and make it part of my life and would highly reccomend the product to anyone.

I haven’t had to use this product in anger yet, thankfully. But I have tested it around the house, with my partner hiding the keys which it is attached to in various small corners of the house, followed by me trying to find them. Worked every time.I’ve only given it four stars because of the need to replace the tile when the battery runs out, which is a shame for the environment.

Great little device.It’s replaced their basic model which we had and tile has saved the day twice so far after my companion misplaced her car keys.One found in a bush after the keys fell out of her pocket and the second time they were left in a church.It’s a bit louder than the older model and is said to be waterproof.Can also be used to locate your iPhone too.
