Delivered quickly and reasonably well packaged.I've only had the tiles a short time and can say the installation via the app was painless with one of the tiles. You do need to register with Tile for the app to work though. The other tile in the 2 x pack however was clearly fully asleep and just would not respond. I installed a new battery at my expense and it woke up and all installed well I must admit that although one of the points of my purchase was that the battery could be replaced I did not expect to have do this on one of the tiles on setup. Any way batteries are not too expensive. Drop one star rating because of this.In use you can assign different names to the tiles or use the generic set up.

I tried the original Tiles and found two problems. The first was that unless the lost keys were in the open and nearby I could not hear the tone. Totally useless if left in a heavy coat pocket. The second was that I thought it was a rather expensive item to throw away and replace as I could not change the battery. Maybe a good idea for the maker but not for me.Maybe the maker has got the message as these solve both problems. They are significantly louder than the originals and have an easily obtainable standard replacement button battery.If I had any criticism it would be that the button on the side is too easy to press in your pocket.

I found the two of the new style Tiles which now have replaceable batteries much better to use on things like keys. They are easy to set up and much louder than the previous model.If you loose your mobile phone, you just press the button on the tile and the phone should start ringing. I can even ring one iPad from another iPad. Amazon and John Lewis sell 2 & 4 for the same price as long as they are the same ones which have replaceable batteries. Some of the questions people ask are totally ridiculously daft. They are really not hard to set up. You need to remove the old one off the item first, then add the new one.They are well worth the cost if you work out the cost of one @ £29, 2@£49 and 4 @£89,

Bought 4 and NONE of them work! Bad/no customer service. Rip off and do not work as advertised. I have tried to contact support and they take 2 DAYS to reply. Once registered you cant reset them, even as the owner - so if there is a fault its tough pretty much! I am in an area with phone signal, bluetooth on and connected to wifi, with my tiles NEXT to my phone. Set them up to work on my phone and seemed OK. Then shared them with my partner as instructed, worked OK for a while then stopped receiving signal on ALL units. Just doesnt do what it should, so not fit for purpose, which is illegal ...but now im outside of Amazons return window - I dont think anyone will help!Customer care send me 4 replacement tiles :)

I love the idea but was very sceptical that if I lost something this would genuinely give me a location to help me find it. They aren’t perfect as connecting doesn’t always work perfectly first time. That said having left a bag containing £1000 worth of laptop and other bits on a train into London the other day I was desperately hoping this would deliver. After arriving in Chicago 10 hours later I checked my phone and had an email to say my bag had been located! Called Sheffield station who had the bag handed into lost properly and the bag was back home before I was. When it was really needed it did the job! I will always keep one in my backpack and luggage.

Nice quality feel, slim design. Tile Pro is very easy to set up and , I hope, my keys etc are going to be easier to locate. Down sides.... the app is running all the time. Bluetooth must be enabled and the app nags you if you switch it off. The tile will also ring the phone even if it’s on silent. I have already activated that feature accidentally from my pocket when I sit down for example and it’s very loud. You can switch that off but then, if you lose your phone... half the usefulness has gone. Overall still happy to have the Tiles and downsides are outweighed By a positive experience.

Used two travelling long haul. It’s comforting to know your cases are in the hold when traveling through multiple airports on one carrier (luggage auto transfers, mostly!). If they are not on the plane, you know! Consequently you don’t waste time standing at the carousel, go direct to lost baggage and tell them the last location of your bags. The distance has definitely increased over the old tile pro. I sat at the front of the plane and the app found my bags, with the pro I had to wander around the plane a bit.

Wow!! I bought these for my neighbor as she keeps losing her keys and I am a huge fan of tile - being one of the very first backers on Kickstarter many years ago. This is my first sighting of the brand new tile and it’s fantastic! Much louder than all of its predecessors and a lovely look and feel to them. I’ve installed the app on my neighbors phone , taught her how to use it , put one on her keys and one on her bag and she’s a very happy lady!! Well done team tile on another level of tileing!!

Brilliant avoided buying these before due to the lack of a replacible battery and only a years life.The replacible battery has solved its only flaw and they've been a goodsend, one for the wife and one for me.We've used them on a number of occasions to find either lost keys (mainly the wife) or lost phone (mainly me).Much eaiser to use this than phone my missing mobile as this automatically turns the sound on and as I keep my phone mainly on silent makes finding it much much easier.

I still lose stuff but not as often. When my shed keys disappear under a pile of sawdust or my wallet is nowhere to be seen, despite being in my pocket, I can actually find these things! These larger tiles are louder than the old ones which has to be a good thing. If I'd have owned tiles through all my working life, I might have saved myself several months of searching for keys and avoided all that panic when my wallet mysteriously goes into hiding.

I love inventions like this. The amount of time i spent looking for my keys and/or my phone in the past and this little device makes finding them a sinch. So far i have not been out of range for them to not find each other and has worked every time. My keys generally get chucked around quite a bit and this has stood up to it and not taken any damage. Very nice little tool.

I bought these because I lost my keys and my son who very kindly went out with looking for the suggested having some. It gives you a sense of security as you know if you put them down or misplace them you can find them again, the battery has lasted me over a year, I do set them off every now and again by accident, but I would recommend them I think the are great

good way to track things - also allows you to find your phone! Love these the number of times i put keys down and forget where - the sound is good and ive found things at the bottom of bags and stuff in different rooms following the noise. You can even customise the noise for different things if you have multiple trackers.

As far as I know I like the product. Can go off easily so I moved it next to a bigger key so it doesn’t go off so easily.. the tone is not the best and can not be changed but other than that I’m happy and more happy the battery can be replaced than having to buy another.

It's a lot bigger than I was expecting and I realise they have to make money but with what they charge for the tile you shouldn't need a subscription service for some features, had to use it a couple of times now and it works fine, and it's also helped me find my phone.
