As a beard oil, despite the “Lion Tamer” name and other branding elements that make it seem very in line with the hipster trend, this is actually something a little different. It eschews the usual aromas of leather and wood and whisky in favour of a more conventional soapy look, feel and aroma (in fact with its slightly mottled off-white look it is visually reminiscent of a certain other gooey gentleman’s liquid that I shan’t name, but that’s another story).It’s got a refreshing, slightly zingy feel to it. It rubs into your beard very easily and makes it feel a little bit richer, a bit more sleek, and a little bit more stiff.

I've never used a product like this but once it's gone I'll be getting more.A little goes a long way and I'm using it to tame my full beard not look quite so unruly. After trim my beard goes jnto shock with all the hair standing to attention which is far from attractive. Pop this in your hands and spread around the beard brings ir back in line. An added bonus is that it doesn't look wet.It's a pleasant smell, not so sticky and thick that you fear washing it off later might remove not only the beard but the top layer of skin. Nope, doesn't do that.Overall, very much like this product.

This is a decent enough beard balm - similar to others I have tried - it quite nicely conditions the beard and smells quite nice (if a little chemically) not unlike other shampoos and hair products really. I'm unsure I would use it on my hair really though - I tend to use products that give body to my hair (which this doesn't really that well) so would probably use those products rather than this one on my hair. That said I am sure others out there would use this for both successfully.You get quite a reasonable amount of it at 100ml - and I would expect to at this price point.

I love this shampoo, have been using this and the conditioner for about 2 years now. My hair is in a great condition, so shiny and soft. I dye my hair red so my motivation to try it was to try and protect the colour and it really works. The shampoo is very mild but keeps your hair clean (although I do give my hair a wash with a cheaper shampoo once a fortnight because it does tend to get a bit of build up from all the other funk I put on it after a while). I would definitely recommend this product.

You only need a tiny amount of this balm to give your beard a groomed and conditioned look. It rubs in evenly ,has a nice manly smell and makes it possible to style your beard, my son loves.. It is a small tube but a little goes a long way and not really being a fan of beards at least using this makes my sons beard look more tidy and presentable, as well as the lovely smell.

I have been searching for months for a product like Tigi Rockaholic Shine Blaster, which is hard to find now or very expensive, and this fits the bill. I use it on wet hair and it really makes my hair silky and soft. It does what it says on the bottle!!! Also delivery of my order was superfast. This is my second order from this company and will order from them again.

This is very masculine in its style and scent- not a product you need to hide from your mates in the changing rooms!The product does an excellent job at controlling beard hair, which can be wiry and unruly, it also brings calm and control to head hair, though in my opinion is best suited to thicker hair as on fine thin hair it did look a little greasy.

I have used this product before and swear by it! I have tinted blonde hair and this product actually gives my hair a healthy shine without being at greasy at all. I also use it on my children's hair to give their hair a shine. just run a small amount through your hair when it's dry, or even when it's wet. Definitely the best oil I have tried.

This is really interesting.As a balm it works well and you could use it on your hair but really the value here is using it on your beard and taps into the trendy hipster beard product market.A fad? No, it does actually condition your beard nicely giving it some vibrancy and some very light control.Nice to go for that well kept look.

A nice product that my husband has been using on his enormous beard for the last 10 days. It moisturises the beard, leaving it soft and manageable. I've noticed less hair breakage in my husbands beard and the condition is much improved. It has quite a pleasant scent and we will not hesitate in purchasing another tube of this.

This is the best sirum I have ever used to protect my hair from straightening and leave it soft, smooth and frizz free. It smells good and you do not need to use much for it to do its job. Worth the money even though it is an expensive purchase.

Great shampoo, I've used it before for my colour hair. I'm a hairdresser so always want good quality products. I use it with the same conditioner too. Leaves my hair really soft and shiny, lots of people give complements

This is a very nice beard balm/cream and I strongly recommend it. It’s very smooth and smells really fresh. Really good for the period of going from thick itchy stubble to strong beard in particular.

Started using this yesterday and already my beard feels a lot smoother and is easier to manage too. It has a pleasant aroma and doesn't leave your hands sticky afterwards. Definitely recommended.

Lovely shampoo and conditioner the oil is very good. I would buy again but I'd buy the bigger bottles as better value also prefer the pump dispenser on the 750 ml bottles
