This speaker looks great out of the box, the construction is solid with a good weight. The sound reproduction, to me not being an audio buff, is excellent in tune and quality, with enough volume to get you into trouble with others. The ability to connect to the internet makes this speaker of greater value to me as we have bad radio signals, which drop in and out, our fibre optics connection has worked well with this speaker. The bluetooth connection also works well and we are able to access our music on all of our devices, Android and Apple. The button controls on the speaker are not intuitive and take some working out. You will definitely has to use one of the downloadable apps to set up,here again I did not find this easy. The speaker can access a number of providers of music, but not generally their free services, eg. Spotify. To sum up, this is a great speaker, which works well, once you have worked out the controls.

I liked the sound from the Sphere a lot more than I expected. We have quite a few connected speakers in our house, and I'd put them into two broad categories - the cheaper bluetooth (Anker soundcore 2, wonderboom etc), and then the more expensive wifi speakers (primarily sonos). I'd put the echo devices (echo, echo show) somewhere in between the two in terms of sound quality.I was expecting the Sphere to be closer to the bluetooth end of the spectrum, but actually it's more like an echo. It can't quite match the punch or the quality of a sonos one, but for everyday listening, it's remarkably good. Super portable, easy to connect and a quirky design. I quite like the look, but not everyone in the house did.For the money, this represents really good value and definitely a step up from the higher end bluetooth only speakers.

Bought this primarily as a wireless speaker to use in the garden for bbq's etc. I must say we have been really impressed with the sound quality and the overall look, build & feel of the unit. The battery life we have found to be surprisingly good too. We bought this to replace a Cambridge Audio speaker, which was excellent, but its life unfortunately came to an 'abrupt and watery end'! We mulled over replacing it with a Bose, but after listening to a friend's, putting aside the nice design, I couldn't see how the difference in sound quality could justify the relatively hefty price tag.I'm sure you could spend a lot more money to get the same or similar quality as the Sphere, but we, for sure, are very pleased with our purchase.

I found the TIBO Sphere 2 to be an impressive portable speaker with great sound for the size. Connections include Bluetooth, Ethernet, Wifi and USB. I used Bluetooth and this was straightforward. It is handy having the option of a mains power operated speaker, with the ability to go portable when needed, such as in the garden (in better weather!).The design is quite striking and it is nice to see something a bit different from the usual speaker design. It is not to my personal taste but it is not bad either. What really sells this speaker is the great sound, range of connection options, and ability to plug in or go portable.
